This is the worse Taco Bell I've ever had. No item in my order had any flavor and tasted so bad. Taco Bell that costs this much should at least taste like it does at other Taco Bell's. Money down the drain.

I LOVE YOU TACO BELL. I don't care what you mess up or how long you take or if I feel sick the next day. I love you. And I am probably half of your annual income at this point so I can't possibly say anything else. Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Crunchwrap Supreme, Loaded Burritos, Cheesy Roll Ups, Quesadillas, MILD/HOT sauce. All so amazing and all able to be made vegetarian which is a true dream come true for me. They're open late and most of the time the staff is nice. I LOVE YOU!

If you could select a negative number I would rate them -10. I used to love this location for their friendliness and accurate orders but they have hired some very off staff recently. Very disinterested in good customer service and more interested in aggressive behavior. My last three orders have been wrong and it seems like they just don't give an F I would bypass this trashhole and head to one of the other two locations nearby if you have a TB craving. Otherwise maybe just avoid them all together like I plan to do.

I would love to have a chat with someone in charge because I DoorDashed and got the absolute wrong order. Not happy at all. The receipt was correct, contents were WRONG. So. Far. Off. We will eat it out of desperation but so not happy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I HATE this taco bell but I'm pregnant and it's the closest one. They ALWAYS mess up my food, AND or not give me everything I ordered! It's absolutely ridiculous that their prices are so high we spend over $40 when I could go to a much nicer restaurant (which we would if my boyfriend didn't get off until midnight!) and it's 2 am and they aren't busy and STILL are too ignorant to get orders right. Now, I have to miss time with my boyfriend so he can let his food get soggy and cold while he goes all the way back to the restaurant to get HIS MONEYS WORTH!!! Seriously, I've worked in fastfood, do you not have shift leads or managers? Or are they just as lazy and incompetent?!?!?

Normally I don't have too much of an issue at this location. However, tonight when we ordered through door dash my order was wrong. My tacos were missing lettuce and I paid for onions but didn't get onions either. Called the store and they yelled at me saying that it is not their problem that it's door dashes problem. However they are the ones that make the food not door dash.

Worst service of all time and it's not even close. They get 90% of your order wrong and then they also do this. See attached photo. I think they secretly do this shit on purpose. On top of that they didn't give any sauce

I highly recommend not going to this restaurant as the team members cannot get anything right at all! Customer service -awful Friendliness-awful Went to pick up doordash and was told it wasn't there that they didn't receive it and I should call doordash support! Obviously they don't know how doordash works bc 1st : this is the only taco bell in Roeland Park and 2nd out of all the orders I've ran I've never had anyone say "Oh, we didn't get that order" After I waited in their drive thru for 20min bc you can't get out of it I was then greeted by the window guy. I tried to explain that it's not possible I have the wrong taco bell bc the app sends u where u gotta go and he then tells me Fu$k You Pu#@y!? Seriously? Don't care if my rating goes down on DD as I will decline every order that comes from this restaurant!

Was missing a burrito from my drive through order. When I came back and came inside, they had me wait behind two door dash orders for a single burrito that they didn't place in the bag in the first place. They really need to learn priority.

I'm nice about things, but this is quite literally the worst Taco Bell of all time. Once I got a double beefy gordita crunch; they forgot to put any meat in it at all. Another time I got a chicken quesadilla; I got one piece of chicken total. I've never received food here that was warm. Whoever owns this place should be made aware: they've delivered most of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. This location is genuinely awful.
