It is a Jersey Mike's. Hardly a better sub shop in the area. So, I have a habit of always getting the same sub... and this place delivers the super club to me with little variation. Which is exactly what I want! They are quick, and typically I order from the car... it is freshly made and being wrapped by the time I walk in the door. This is what a sub shop should be! Can't really rate ambience... it is just a strip mall eatery. Little to no personality, but that isn't what you are running into this place for.

I stopped in for the first time to try Jersey Mike's subs because I heard they had gluten free bread. The inside was a mess and all the tables were unkept. The line was longer and they had about 4 people working it. Some people had to wait quite a while for their orders they had ordered online and looked exasperated. I got in line with my son and granddaughter and he ordered and then I did. I asked for gluten free bread which they had and they were good about asking if the slicer needed to be wiped down but I had to ask for the bun to be placed in a paper wrap because he set it right on the same surface with other bread. He did that and then they moved it to another counter and finished it. The sandwich was generally fresh but they don't have many toppings it seemed compared to other delis. My sandwich was bland. My son said his was okay. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS! We both got a standard half sub and chips and a drink ( the granddaughter wasn't eating) and with tip for two meals it was $41.96! I discovered they charged me for the drink and chips even though I didn't get a fountain drink and got bottled water instead. They charged for both. I would never go again.

I have a large list of allergies and lettuce is one of those allergies. Sandwiches are my favorite food and having a shop make a sandwich for me is risky. But - JM has never done me wrong in being careful. They change their gloves for me, put a clean sheet down, and check every item they put on my sandwich and even picks off lettuce if they see any. I have never gotten sick off one of their sandwiches- and they are the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. This location is always clean and seems stocked.

This new location was serving up delicious sandwiches with fast and friendly service during my opening week dine-in lunch visit. My regular size turkey and provolone on wheat ($8.95) was made to order efficiently without any skimping. It measured 8" with fresh bread and plenty of moist, tasty meat and fresh veggies. I like that they offer a variety of breads including healthy wheat. The dining area was clean and new with rock background music. The JMS app offers specials and a free birthday sub to help keep the price reasonable. Overall, very nice.

My favorite go to when it comes to getting a sub, I always get the #7. it's the closest thing to getting a real Jersey sub sandwich. My two favorite things they offer here is, freshly sliced meat and cheese. They even have swizz cheese! Their chicken cheese steaks are to die for! The bread is always soft and freshly baked as well. I definitely recommend coming here, lastly don't forget to get your sub the Mike's Way! Thanks in advance lol.

FPO and I have been wanting to try this Jersey Mike's location for some time now. We tried the one on Metcalf several months ago and were sadly disappointed. This location is on Shawnee Mission Pkwy, in the same parking lot as Target; about a 20-minute drive. I've heard it's a pretty new location and it still looks it, still clean and tidy. We went in on a Sunday afternoon, there were three young men working and no customers around although we saw they were working on a couple of online orders. FPO ordered a Giant Italian (#13) with no tomatoes and light "juice". I ordered a Chicken Big Kahuna (#55). While we were waiting another employee came in. Each sandwich was $16.95 and we ordered them to go. When we got home we found out FPO's Giant Italian had so much juice the bottom bread was saturated and my Chicken Big Kahuna was the regular Beef Kahuna. Now, the soggy Italian was unappealing, but at least they got the sandwich right. I don't eat beef or pork for health reasons, so I couldn't eat my sandwich. We called the store and we're told they could come back and they would remake the sandwich. That wasn't an option, so the assistant manager took out information and said the store manager will call on Monday. I gave it a week to see if we'd hear from the manager. We didn't. Had we heard from him and had we gotten some sort of resolution, I would have gone up to two stars. As it is, I'm just going to chalk this up as a lesson learned and not go back. There are plenty of other places to spend $35.

I thought I would redeem some points and get a sandwich to enjoy during the game today turned out to be a big hassle sandwich was completely wrecked when I got home overloaded with mayonnaise and mustard to the point I couldn't even pick up the second half of it what a mess. I think I should get my points back.

I absolutely LOVE the Jersey Mikes on Shawnee Mission Parkway!! I go out of my way 50 miles just to go to this store!! my favorite employee is Elijah Smith!! He is such a sweet young man and is always a pleasure to see!! He is the BEST and makes the BEST sandwiches!!
