Yelp said this location was open (it was just shy of 11 am on a Saturday). There were no hours posted on the doors, but they were unlocked. I didn't see anyone in the restaurant, but it looked like there were employees working, so I called out a few times. No one answered. I can't speak to the quality of the food because I couldn't order anything. Generally speaking. not a good way to stay in business. More so when you have a Chick-fil-a right next door and a Wing Stop about two minutes away.

This KFC has some of the worst chicken! I stop by Saturday afternoon around 3 pm. No chicken pot pies ready. Ordered 8 piece xtra crispy chicken only. Get 4 thighs, 3 legs & 1 wing, what happened to the 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs & 2 legs on a 8 piece order?? And to top it off, it was dried out old chicken. Must of been sitting for 5 hours.. What a waste of money. No more KFC, this is the third time they gave me old dried up chicken..

Service is so inconsistent. Can never get help from employees. They look you in the eye and walk away. Mobile orders are never ready then they're supposed to be. I recently placed an order, arrived and was told they were out of chicken. It's not the food. It's 100% the employees. Today, the chicken was also an issue. Cold and soggy. Idk why I come here

Very last time I'll order food from this dreadful place. Order was mixed up ie... Crispy vs Original, no utensils and Crispy portion was undercooked. Last but not least got to check out and attendant looked like he came out of the woods after a month with no running water.

The food was old and nasty. I have ordered here and always chicken is old and nasty. Cooked in old grease. The biscuits would break your tooth. They have horrible customer service. I watched this man throw away my receipt and then they didn't want to get me one. And corporate is no better. They will never contact you to fix it. They won't answer your calls either at this store.

I thought that it was my door dasher's fault that whenever I place an order and my food arrives it is cold. However, today I went in and placed an order at the drive thru and when I received my order the food was cold and it did not come with utensils. The only plus side of this location is that it's never busy.

My Husband & I stopped in today at the KFC at 11560 w. 63rd St. in Shawnee, Ks. We arrived about 10:40 am, No Hours on door, but door unlocked. We ordered 2 Famous Bowls & 2 Drinks went to take a seat at a table, and it was Not totally clean, But the Worst part, besides the Food was it was COLD in there, Colder in there than it was Outside. I couldn't stand it went to look for employee, Nope No one around. When it came to KFC's Famous Bowls, what we received was "Pitiful", It had a Pitiful amount of Mashed Potatoes, a very very very Little Corn, Cheese, Gravy & 3 Hard as Heck pieces of Chicken! I just paid over $16.00 for this Crap! I have NO idea what has happened to KFC, as in the past was the place to go for Good Chicken, heck I grew up with KFC, but what they have Now is a Unprofessional Group! You need to go through & "Clean-House", as with this location very unprofessional, Nasty & I NEVER will recommend KFC to Anyone, Ever!! Absolutely Ridiculous ALL the WAY AROUND!!

I picked my brother up from the airport after being away two weeks. I knew he had no food at home, thought let's get some KFC I knew this location even though it was out of the way. I ordered 8 piece original chicken w mashed potatoes gravy cole slaw. $21.99 w taxes $27.99..... then had to wait 25 minutes. Started for home after looking at the food. Did not look closely at the chicken it was extra crispy and the gravy spilled all over the bag!!!! I did not see that until I got my bro in his home putting away the food. Gave 3 small chocolate chip cookies covered in gravy...luckily they were individually wrapped! No more KFC will try some other chicken fast food places and I drove out of my way! Me bad!
