Stopped in to pick up 2 medium pizzas. One was a regular crust and the other a Gluten Free crust. We were served immediately and the service was good from the cashier. We just sat on a bench and waited while they were being made. The pizza was good after we came home and cooked it and tried it out. We haven't been to a Papa Murphy's in many years so we decided to try it because of the option of the gluten free crust. The atmosphere is casual because it's just a wait and pick up place. Extra benches may be nice.

*** A note before I get to my review: if you order a half and half pizza you're going to be charged the full amount for the more expensive side. I debated between two and three stars mainly because this review is for multiple trips to Papa Murphy's. FPO and I have been to Papa Murthy's on several occasions, and really liked it. It's a well-lit, well-maintained, usually pretty clean location that's very conveniently located. I'd give it four stars for our previous visits when the assistant manager or some of the employees were there, two stars for today's experience ... split the difference with three stars. For those unfamiliar (I'm talking to you here, my Hawaii Yelpers), Papa Murphy's is a take and bake pizza place. Just like most pizza shoppes you can order specialties or build your own. They wrap it up, you take it home and use your own oven (and utilities) to bake it. Costs are kept down because nothing is cooked on site. Normally we go on weekdays and there's an assistant manager there and/or a few employees. They've always been super nice and very helpful, and the pizza is consistently good. Today (Saturday) we went in and there was only one person there. We learned he's "the Boss". I'm not sure if that means general manager or owner, but still, someone who has a vested interest in the success of the restaurant. Just like his assistant and the other employees, his technical knowledge was spot on. Customer service ... disappointing by comparison. FPO is of the opinion we should stick to weekday's. My opinion, it's going to be a very long time before I go back. There are just too many other (very good) pizza places close by with specials and deals that make their cost pretty comparable.

I had positive experiences here in the past. That was before the new manager. Last time I was here, the manager argued with me about having a copy of the text to prove that I qualified for the discount they offered that day. I've never been asked this before. It wasn't showing up on my phone, though I had received the text earlier in the day - that's why I went in to get the special deal. He got short with me and frustrated very quickly. Eventually he told me about another customer trying to take advantage of them on text/coupon deals. He eventually said he'd give me the deal, even if I didn't have proof. I think good customer should have started with the interaction, rather than it be a last resort. I can understand and appreciate his frustration with the other customer. But, I'm a different customer - I shouldn't be treated poorly. I wont be returning here.....and it's because of this one very poor interaction.

Went in to grab a quick pizza to make at home and the worker is talking in a passive aggressive tone and gave me and my mother rude looks because i'm in my late teens and wanted one of the tiny make it yourself pizzas. When i come in somewhere to get something i want to eat i don't normally expect to be greeted in such a cold and passive way, made me very insecure. 0/10

I've been a long time Papa Murphy's customer so it's unfortunate that my experience with this location was subpar. I called at 7:30 to place an order. I was then informed that "they don't take orders so close to closing." I've ordered hundreds of times before and never had this issue. Promptly called a farther away location and they took my order just fine. I even asked if they have a "half hour policy" and they said they did not. Sounds like a worker got lazy and didn't want to make a pizza. Won't be back to this location even though it's closer to me.

When it comes to pizza chain restaurants Papa Murphy's is one of our favorites. We've always had fast and friendly service at this location. We usually order online and pickup in the store. We've never gone in and not had our order waiting for us. We normally order the Thai Chicken thin crust pizza or Greek Pepperoni thin crust pizza. Both are fabulous, but the Greek Pepperoni gets a bit crispier when you bake it. Our kids always get the Mini Murph pizza kits. It's a personal pan pizza that you get to put your own toppings on. The little box has the dough and little cups with pepperoni, cheese, and sauce. Both kids really enjoy getting to build their own pizza! The pizzas are easy to bake at home. Just follow the directions and they'll turn out perfect.

Went in there for a Door Dash, I asked them multiple times if they were working on my order and they said they were. After standing there for 20 minutes they asked me again why I was here, I was dumbfounded. I said I repeated why I was here for the third time, and then they let me know my order was sitting right behind me and I just wasted over 20 minutes at their store. I told them they sucked, walked out. I got so angry in the car I decided to call their manager and he was completely nasty on the phone and just hung up on me claiming that I was stupid because the order was sitting right there. if someone says they are working on your order, I'm not going to turn around and start looking at orders on the shelf right in front of you because I think you're lying. Call me dumb, but when someone tells me something I just believe them blindly. I guess I shouldn't do that anymore. Horrible service, if you want a pizza go to Domino's where you get two hot pizzas for fucking $13.

Not sure if I just happen to order and pickup when the 'good people' are at the location, but reading the other reviews does not match the service I have received at this location. Frequent this store often and cannot recall a bad experience. Never an issue with a coupon deal and ordering online, my order has always been ready and correct. Our favorite pizza is Papa Murphy's and will continue to frequent this store unless their customer service deteriorates which for now, cannot imagine that happening.

Always ready when I get there and made exactly as requested. Service is great and place always looks clean. Tuesday's all larges are $10. We fed two men, two teen boys and two women for $30 total and had food left. Salads are shockingly fresh and delicious. Although they did forget our dressing this last time so double check your order. Such a great choice for having people over because you can customize every pizza and by half pizza. Plus if you have someone running late you can just wait to cook it and they aren't stuck eating cold delivery.
