Nice park in urban setting. Such nice staff and fellow travelers always nice. Drove from Washington state for a wedding and grateful to have fun the perfect spot for or stay.

Wonderful location. Only about 15 minutes to downtown area visited the WWI memorial and Union Square. Also very close to shopping and restaurants. Must try Bates BBQ 5 minutes away. Staff were extremely nice. Thankfully they were, because the sites are so tight we needed help parking and leaving. Wi-Fi was weak!!! Bathroom small and needed up dating. Office was stocked with many items.

Wi-Fi is terrible, dog run is half full of debris from the park. Really need to do something about the Wi-Fi... No amount of complaining helps. Bring your own Internet access.

Nice little RV park in the heart of Johnson county KS with friendly staff. Also Jeff Smith, one of the maintenance workers, is very helpful and knowledgeable if you need anything while you are there he is the guy!

This park is very well maintained and a very friendly staff running it. For the price you pay the internet should be supreme, but it's not. My husband is a programmer and has to have internet. Several times the computer gets dropped and to stream you need a hotspot. Great place just really pricey and poor internet.

Park is an older RV park with what appeared to be permanent residents. Many old trailers and facilities well used. We paid for a pull through and that area was better maintained. But there appeared to be only five PU in the park. I will look for a more updated park next visit.

Spot #207 is not level, was not really clean and overpriced for this particular rv spot. RV park okay overall. Location in town good. Was able to walk dog in the neighborhood for exercise after driving all day. Prices online state $59.00 for most spots. We were charged $70.00 - $63.00 with discount and taxes.

We stayed here for 2 nights when it was way over 100° in Kansas. There were heat warnings out. We thought we might trip the breaker with our AC running almost nonstop. We never tripped a breaker. There was shade for camper. The spots were level and not hard to get into. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their little shop had coffee in the morning, and you could get treats like ice cream. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Our first stop in our new RVing adventure... We picked up our new RV and parked here for a month while we got settled in. Everything you read about the park itself is true-- it's a pretty plain, mostly gravel, tightly packed lot. But the family that runs it is super friendly and helpful (especially when you're trying to figure out which hoses and chemicals and gadgets you need to arm yourself with) and the location can't be beat. It is by far the closest to anything on the Johnson County side of town with easy access to all the highway. So what it lacks in charm and amenities are pretty much made up by hospitality and location.
