Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean Smaller hotel, easy to get to. Rooms slightly larger than similar hotels in Billings. I was very happy with the comfort of the bed and pillows.

Boothill Inn & Suites is convenient for those times when I have an unearthly early morning flight and want to return a rental car the night before. The airport shuttle service makes it easy. It's one of the closer, reasonably priced hotels with a shuttle service. It's a good hotel, quiet, clean, comfortable, and with some of the nicest front desk people. The rooms have charging outlets everywhere, the television has a good mix of stations, the wireless works very well. All things needed to get work done . . . or not is here. There are some small things Boothill makes available to bring it beyond the ordinary mid-price hotel, such as two complimentary water bottles, a water fountain that will dispense filtered water if you travel with your own bottles. In the evenings, there are warm cookies and the coffee and tea is available 24/7 in the lobby. For early morning flights, before the breakfast is available, there are brown bags with a muffin and a granola bar (or similar) and a bottle of water. While there isn't much in the immediate neighborhood for food options to which you can walk -- at least without crossing a crazy, busy street, there is a nice walking path to get some exercise if using the exercise room isn't an option for you. Overall, Boothill Inn & Suites is acomfortable hotel that thinks of little things.

If you like to actually get rest and sleep in a hotel then this place is not for you! Keep driving!! HORRENDOUS Road noise!! I do 150 nights a year and have for the last 25+ years all over the country. This is in the top 5 worst hotels for outside road noise I have ever been in. The hotel is located between a V shaped intersection at the bottom of a hill so it wouldn't matter what side of the hotel you are on because your surrounded by two busy streets. All night long are cars and trucks with rusted off mufflers or no mufflers at all accelerate up the hill from the intersection below, or they were leaving the gas station adjacent to the hotel. You can even throw in a few semis that use there Jake Brake to slow down as the descend the hill to the intersection below. This was a nice added bonus! There is nothing you can do to drown out the noise. The windows are junk! Noise also gets in through the cheap wall unit which is normal with this type of system. Some are worse than others. I had the continuous fan on the wall unit, the shades pulled down and even clipped a blanket from the front desk over the window in an attempt to make it tolerable. I also had my sound machine on my phone turned up nearly all the way but nothing would drown it out. The front staff was nice when I checked in so the one star is for that. The room was fair and was clean. This is a $89 night hotel at best. That's it! I paid $290 out the door....almost $200 more than it's worth. What a fool I was. I came very close to packing up and driving the rental car the airport and sleeping in the car until my flight the next morning. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 5° outside I would have. Buyers beware!!! This place BLOWS!!!!!

Dear Lacey, I'm not sure of your position but I'll assume you're the manager. And I mean no disrespect/malice at any time in my tone, however-- I asked for the manager but the assistant said she could potentially help. Well- I should have asked again for the manager because your perception of what happened is a bit inaccurate. So I'm not sure the message was properly relayed... As u can see in the present tense verbiage "here" in my review.. I posted the review while I was in your hotel room- before I decided to ask for upper management. I also told the assistant manager that I left a review but that hopefully we would clear things up so that I would rethink it. Seems fair to me. There were no demands. I was humble & had tears of disappointment & regret in my eyes. My stay included 2 nights. I justly asked for the remaining night to be refunded. Why should anyone want to stay another night? Yes, thank u for refunding my second night's stay promptly. (Let's attribute the 1 star I gave u to that aspect. And I'm not being sarcastic.) I arrived tired at 11pm-ish & noticed the parking lot was not by any means crowded- which indicates the hotel was not busy.. So why, I wondered, did I get the last room at end of the hall? Even the assistant manager questioned out loud, why I was given that particular room, while I was complaining to her about the hair in the tub. That, again, was conformation there were other rooms available. I thought, do companies pay Expedia to boost their reviews? I was confused by Boothill Inn's reviews on Expedia, because if u pride yourselves on being clean, why was there hair and such in my bathtub? And what about the holes in the wall in my room? Why not at least put pictures up to cover them? No, I wasn't aware if Billings was a poorer neighborhood (as I am from out of state) but it did not seem like "the hood." Y'all claim "Consistently rated among the top hotels in Billings, our independence allows us to be uniquely Montana, while offering the comforts of home." So I took a peek in the laundry room & there was major hoard in it. Boxes, papers or posters- decorations, chairs, etc, etc.. as if it's also used as a personal storage area for the hotel. And because of the hoard, only 2 machines were accessible! I wish I would have also captured that image to show what I am referring to. Is this what u mean by offering the comforts of home- hoard? Maybe if y'all were linked to a major corporation, like Marriott, Hyatt, or Holiday Inn, the standards would be higher. Independent corps. tend to have no accountability- they have the, we do/say what we want, mentality. While I was at your hotel having felt what I perceived as subtle discrimination, I googled the state's Census to check the statistics on minorities-- turns out-- Montana is ranked 51 (last) in having the least amount of blacks in our United States. And I understand that you all may not even realize it- but the numbers don't lie. And actions will always speak louder than words. I was so hurt by this experience, my first impression, at your hotel that I cancelled my appointment with the realtor to view homes in Billings; and so decided I'm not leaving 1 hell to come to another. Lets not face it but you all left me feeling we're not entirely welcome. I was honestly so hurt by this I drove 30 hours-straight back home to friendly territory on lynch-fearing adrenaline. (Yelp, Im sorry, can we say lynch here?) Thank you sincerely for understanding as much as u can. As well as- I don't fault u for what u can not understand. Although I'm not sure why u waited 19 days to reach out. Did u really care about my experience or were u only hoping for my review to disappear? I did appreciate the assistant's kind demeanor while assisting me at the front desk. She was very apologetic.. And I'm glad you get to hear from the horse's mouth as was intended to begin with. Thank u for ur time. Still wishing u/ur business the best in life regardless of the hiccups...

Clean, convenient and reliable. Will stay again! It is not a fancy place, but when you need a reliable and trustworthy place in Billings- this is it. Breakfast is very decent and evening cookies are a nice touch.

We've stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel is comforfortable, clean and well maintained and reasonably priced, but the staff is awesome. They keep us coming back.

The entire hotel smells like pet urine. The front desk staff were nice enough. The hot tubs were awesome but definitely not worth the $300 we spent. Feels like price gouging all the way around.

The ver worst staff. I am a caregiver of a stroke patient. He is in a wheelchair and only has the use of his left arm. He had sold his home. it sold more quickly than he expected. He had money but no place to go. I helped look for a hotel that had the necessary width of doorway, he needed a room for his wheelchair and a bathroom wall on his left side because he can not use his right arm. We searched apartments and hotels all over town. Boothill was accessible. He went to pay for the room, they looked at his Montana ID and told us that they did not rent to locals. They told me to try the homeless shelter. I actually had already been to the shelter. There are flights of stairs and it stinks of urine. I was so shocked and appalled by her cold rudeness. It is much harder than you think to find a place to stay when you require a ramp for every 2 inch barrier.

Had a 2 night stay and had a very pleasant experience! Place is very clean and had a great breakfast with many options. Pool and 2 hot tubs were very nice after a long road trip. Great stay!
