We ordered on aug 2 2025 at 429pm and as of 453 still didnt have our order. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals. That was it. And I went upmto lady handing food out and asked about our order and she said it was being made now. 2 mins later our order was ready. My meal had tiny fries while my husband had big fries. And then the girl who was handing out meals had gloves on but we kept watching her pull her phone out and text and then put her phone away and again handle food without changing her gloves. We drove all the way from three forks just for fuddruckers and this is the crappy service we get. Your company can do better and make people change gloves and the bad thing is they weren't even busy. Very disappointed

No wait. Ordered straight away. Disappointed to see they were out of the rib-eye sandwich I love this place. Beef is tasty. My burger was cook perfectly. I love the topping bar. Needs a clean inside, but totally worth a stop.

First time trying this place as we travel through. Had the 2/3 burger, bison burger and fries. I was not impressed with anything. Burgers were dry although asked for med-well. Fries were over seasoned.

They serve one massive burger. Burgers are juicy. They have a topping bar where you can load your burger with your favorite toppings. Outdoor seating with a pond and ducks.

Food was great! We split a 1/2 lb bacon cheddar burger, fries, chocolate shake & a chocolate chip cookie. Yum! Love being able to add my own toppings. Our food was ready in no time & was delicious! It is decorated so cute, too. What a great business plan -- customers place their own order, find own seat & pick up own food when buzzed.

It's been 4+ years since we've been able to go to a Fuddrucker's since they closed them all down near us. What a wonderful surprise to see one directly across from our hotel! Great food, good service and food was hot. The regular cheese sauce was definitely spicy compared to how it used to be, but still good. Wish they would come back to WI.
