OH MY GOODNESS! Our subway artist was WONDERFUL!! I wish I would've read her name tag. She was wearing glasses is the best I can do haha. She was incredibly upbeat, let me try a sample of a sauce I was unsure about, and double checked with me on the ingredients to a premade option. She absolutely rocked it! We will be coming back to this location thanks to her. You made my night, and some DELICIOUS sandwiches dear! Thank you! Update! My partner took one bite of MY sandwich, and decided his go to subway order (the one he's had his entire life) Is now the exact sandwich she made!

This is the worst subway! I would rather go to the subway in Walmart! I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at this subway. Today, I went through the drive through. The machine at the drive through told me there was a "technical difficulty" and to pull forward and continue my order... so I did. The machine was nice! The lady at the window was a different story.. she paid no attention to me! I figured she didn't know I was there so I knocked. The lady who I believe to be " Corinne" was very rude! I told her the situation and she litterally said nothing and shut the window in my face!! I knocked again and another lady came over. (Tiffany) She told me the drive through worked fine for the person behind me.. So apparently I am making up that the drive through machine isn't working?... they were both super rude so I ended up driving off and getting Wendy's.

So clean and nice inside. This is by far the best subway. They pack they're sandwiches real nice and full. They also have plenty of everything so no need to worry about what they do and don't have. Loveeee this subway

Subway, over the years, represented the healthier side of fast food to me. Its a cheap anytime meal option for anyone on the go. That's usually the case for me all the time. I made two purchases at this particular Subway location twice during my time here in Billings, MT on a recent trip in September 2017. I had experienced problems with my telephone network, so I could not check into some places on my yelp app. #angry. Either way, Subway was there for me when I needed a quick meal (or in my case, two) while hanging out in Billings. The fact that this subway restaurant was close enough to my hotel was beautiful. Didn't have to really think about where to go eat, when you have subway right there. I arrived here on Saturday afternoon and Monday evening. The restaurant was virtually empty, with a table occupied with a couple of people each time I came in. For the most part though, the quick friendly service of subway staff is usually self evident. These two visits to this Subway here in Billings continues that ongoing policy of being positive and friendly certainly helps brighten the day and keeps the day going. The overall experience here at this Subway location on both days was typical as you can get. The ambiance here was good and you know what you get when you come to subway. I usually get the spicy Italian footling, not the healthiest option to chose from, but it is usually one of the cheapest options based on the available menu options. While I love the tuna sub and the steak and cheese sub, sometimes, it is cost prohibitive for me, even though there is maybe $.50 cents differential. Over the years, I've had pretty much all the offerings Subway had offered currently and in the past. Still enjoy the seafood sensation and occasionally the cold cut trio as well. This Subway location is conveniently and confidently located at 475 Grand Avenue in the heart of Billings. They accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing, as well as cash. This Subway has a private parking lot, as well as a drive thru window. Although space is very limited, you can find parking spots on any given day, just don't come during peak times, so you can avoid waiting for a spot. I'm not sure if Billings' public transportation system comes through this stretch of paradise, so best bet is to check online with them and come on down. I know Billings is a car centric type of city, like most in America, but public transit is awesome too. One of my favorite things about Subway is their cookies. Definitely love the double chocolate ones, but now prefer the white chocolate macadamia ones now. While it may not be a good substitute for fast food French fries, it's an alternative that probably will hit the spot as well. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 3.5 stars for the service, but it was expected and friendly. Can't complain though. Can't beat fresh. Support local! B

I'd give zero stars if i could. all three employees were assholes and rude. i asked if it was too late to heat my cheese up for my protein bowl and the girl looked at me like i was stupid and didn't say anything. so i asked again and she goes "ya kinda" then closes my bowl and asked for the money. don't go to this subway. highly recommend the subway on main street. they are awesome!

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a restaurant...but people must be warned! Today is the third time I have been to this subway and been through the drive thru, the first time my order was wrong, not even close! I thought I had somehow used the new ordering system wrong. The second time, again, not even close. This time I didn't want to leave my dog in the car so I dared to use the kiosk again...order was almost correct except they put avocado in my wrap that I didn't ask for but I was home so I opened it to remove the avocado and found a long black hair in my sandwich. Not mine! Never again!

I had the worst experience yesterday at 5:00 p.m with a girl named corinna or something like that. She was extremely rude. when she greeted us and wasn't very nice. She seemed so annoyed with us when we weren't doing anything. I tried to tell her that I couldn't hear her and I asked what she said and she rolled her eyes and looks at the stove asking if I wanted it cooked. Horrible customer service.

I came in today and it had terrible service. The 2 lady's that were there could care less. When I told her onions she put the small little ones on my sandwich. Probably not coming back to this subway.
