Made reservation for double queen. On arrival told no double queen available. Settled for single queen with roll away. No reduction in price. Very uncomfortable. Room very tight. Breakfast area dirty, food took long time.

Looks like it might have had a recent remodel but nobody knows how to clean!! I was in a tiny little room that was disgusting!! I honestly don't even know if this room was cleaned! Seems like all they did was change the bedding and hang fresh towels. Housekeeping and hotel management should be absolutely ashamed of their selves

The staff were very friendly, very reasonable price as of 5/2025. Accommodated me very late and upgraded my room for free no complaints at all.

Hot, dirty, not friendly, no tissue, no extra tp, already used soap still in the shower, etc etc etc. Just god awful, really cheap lumpy bad beds, trash in the corridors, or in other words, 1 star, or less.

Upon arriving we were charged an extra $5.47 service fee. When I booked online it said that my total was $77.25 with my rewards member discount. Then I was charged $82.72! The young man at the front desk said it was a service fee. When pressed on it a young lady explained it was for a credit card processing fee. I did not see any signs or disclosures anywhere regarding this. This is not what I agreed to when I booked. The young man, at the desk, needs some training on customer service. Upon giving us our keys he never told us where the room was, never told us about breakfast, never explained where the hot tub was. Our room was way at the end of the hall where they had the door open on floor one for construction. The hall and our room was freezing! I asked the young man at the desk if they could close the door and he basically said no because they go in and out but they would be done at 5. That area should be blocked off with plastic and those rooms should not be rented out. The workers also were smoking and all the smoke was filtering up with the freezing air. We utilized your hot tub which was very hot but the bubbles were a joke and it was way over chlorinated! Upon leaving the hot tub I asked the young man at the desk if we could have some paper plates, silverware and napkins. He basically knew where nothing was...pointed to the paper plates, no napkins or silverware. I ended up with paper towel and no silverware. I wouldn't want him representing my company and serving my customers. Now...on to our room....it was disgusting! Mold in shower, towel bar coming off the wall, filthy unvacuumed carpet, dirty tissue on the floor, used ziploc bag between desk and dresser, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dirty heat registers, thick dust under the desk, the phone was all busted, and no alarm clock. The tiny room has way too much furniture in it. Two night stands, a desk chair, desk, dresser, fridge, bench. Look at the picture online describing the room and look at the actual room....what a difference! The halls were dirty, and the breakfast and breakfast room were disgusting. The chairs were so filthy I didn't even want to sit down. There is no excuse for this! I paid good money to stay there and based on the prior reputation of the hotel and the good name of the company. Shame on you for expecting people to pay for a nice hotel room and getting a filthy dump. You are ripping people off! If this is how you reward your members then I will think hard in the future of staying at your brand of hotel. Update! General Manager contacted me and apologized, listened to me and made it right by me. I appreciated his sincerity and thanked him but there is still no excuse for this kind of service.

Great customer service from lobby host. The rooms are your average hotel rooms. The room was very clean. No complains here! The hotel is near a busy area so you have supermarkets and places to eat around it.

Avoid this place. Refrigerator door would not close tight, had to put a chair against the door to ensure food stayed cold. Toilet seat was cracked and had been so for a while since it was discolored where it had cracked. Room smelled awful from whatever spray they used to try to make it smell fresh. No elevator so be prepared if you are not on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast was disgusting. I never met a slice of bacon that I didn't like but the taste of their bacon was off. Not much else to choose from so don't plan on the free breakfast. Couldn't wait to get out of there after 4 nights. It was a work trip so changing hotels wasn't an option. Otherwise I would have left after the first night--maybe even sooner.

Arriving after dark following several days in crisis, I felt so welcomed by the warm appearance of the outside of this hotel. Christine, the on duty clerk at the front desk overwhelmed us with her kindness and hospitality. I felt safe! The room couldn't be more comfortable and afforded everything a person could want or need. As an (ADA), I found every help to safely use the shower alone; the cleanliness and comfort of the bed, room and bath made me feel right at home. The staff is excellent and extremely accommodating with Alisha my housekeeper wonderfully kind. My biggest need was a safe, clean environment where I could rest my weary body in quiet. The decor nice, linens beyond perfect and all the many extras a blessing. The only negative is the cement skirt at the entrance uneven and chipped where my driver ended up loosing the baggage cart as it tipped over spilling my belongings and medical equipment across the parking lot. The cart needed to be completely reloaded to bring my things in to me. I live locally and if ever I want to bless myself, I'll be back for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel! The price is right. My room smelled like stale smoke. The front desk refused to change my room for me. I will never be back here again.

NEVER STAY HERE. The staff here couldn't care less about their patrons. It is supposed to be dog friendly, but certainly wasn't. The front desk phoned us that our pets were bothering TWO others. When we counter-complained about how staff handled us and these complaints, they threatened us and kicked us out without a refund. So they pocketed our money, kicked us out on a busy weekend with few options, and aren't actually pet friendly. Never again.
