Spa was spot on! I wish the bathrooms were bigger with more privacy, but that is a small point. The services were great, the facilities were very detailed and well maintained. Had lunch in the main restaurant there. The room was perfect. I mean look at this salmon and hamburger, it left nothing to he desired. Side note, the service was shamefully bad. I ordered the potato soup as an appetizer, I even asked about once the spinach dip was delivered and then it came out 10 minutes after our entrees were delivered. The server was also the bartender and she had no business making drinks. You can't spend this type of money and have these sort of discrepancies in details. You have great facilities, with great views, but service has to be there. Even the people in Hawaii understand that.

Arrived for a three day stay. Originally booked a king room via phone because we wanted the spa package. Was declined due to needing more advance notice (spa package). Still decided to stay and pay for spa separately. The room was nice, but needed a little more room. They were able to move us into a much larger room right away. Service was on point. Food was great. The
views spectacular!

The most beautiful views from the lower level rooms. Spa is OK. Amenities are great. Therapists need some refinement. At The Grill, the food was good. Nothing super special. Same with the Fireside Room. Grounds of hotel are stunning. Trails were great to walk dogs. We were there late December.

Absolutely stunning views and not far from Chico Hot Springs. Best part, you can bring your dogs! The in house restaurant and bar is amazing. The best Bloody Mary I have ever had! ❤️
