For our first time we had a good experience. We stopped at slow time and were the only ones in the store. Ordered a signature party pizza and we were not disappointed. The pizza was ready on time, we were not pressured into tipping (because it was our first time?), got a good tasting good sized pizza for a fair price. All in all would stop here again.

We were out and about and placed an order for take out. On the way there we get notified that the order was taking longer than expected. We drive back home to wait. We pick up the order, and take it home to find it raw inside. We get it, this kind of stuff happens, so we call explaining what happened.They tell us we have to drive up a 3rd time to drop off for credit. We send pictures of a whole uneaten jumbo calzone and offer for them to pickup as we are not driving out a 3rd time. They refused to fully credit and offer a 25% credit. I don’t like blasting but it says a lot about a company how they respond to their mistakes. These people should be avoided. I’ll take the loss as a lesson learned. We won’t be  back.

We ordered delivery during a busy time and I even made a mistake when placing my order and called and the young lady fixed it with no issues. Our food was so good! Great customer service from both the delivery driver and representative I spoke with on the phone. Will definitely be ordering again soon!
