Great local restaurant and the kindest family run business. The decor is adorable and traditional. The restaurant is clean and inviting. I recommend trying for lunch when the prices are more appealing and the salads are included, double check incase it has changed. I ordered pad thai. Very good, a little sweeter than I've had in the past as I love thai food!I needed some roasted.chili sauce but they didn't have any. I cried internally. I will start bringing it w me because n it is desperately needed as its a staple in most thai restaurants and homemade usually. The gyoza was pretty good. I prefer panfried but they had steamed or deep fried. We ate them, they were good just.not our preferred method.to enjoy. Staff was friendly and kind. No discounts for seniors or military. Salad was delish! One side dish can feed 2 adults. The pb dressing was delicious. The ginger we tried too and it was equally as delish. The parum chicken aka amazing chicken was delish and a nice portion, we did thai hot 4 and it was a good Very hot flavor but pleasing if you lobe.hot! I recommend trying it first at lunch and return for a romantic dinner

Lana Thai is a cute neighborhood spot with delicious, reasonably priced Thai food. Their pad thai and peanut sauces are delicious, curry has bold flavors and the service is very good. They take pride in what, and how they serve the community.

There's a reason why I keep patronizing Lanna Thai and it's because the food is so good. The Tom Kha (coconut soup) has the perfect balance of sweet, savory, creamy and textured. I seriously can eat this every day and the portions are generous. They do it right here! The fried calamari appetizer recommended by my server was cooked perfectly. So tender and flavorful and I would definitely order this again. The Curry Dumplings appetizer was very filling and had a complex blend of spices and richness. This appetizer was so comforting and satisfying and enough to share with others. The Drunken Noodles were good and although I'm accustomed to a more wet and saucy version of this entree, their version was still delicious, but different from what I've had. I ordered it with shrimp, but I probably should have gotten the beef. I will try that next time. Their Pad Thai was also tasty and the portions are very nice so menu items to me were worth it. However, the Lunch Specials are a great deal if you happen to go during their lunch window. The service was fast, friendly and efficient while dining-in and calling ahead for take-out was also a great experience. If you have time, definitely sit down and enjoy the food, atmosphere and the authentic Thai condiments they have available to bring to your table per your request. A little something extra. ;) Overall, this is a beautiful restaurant with exceptional food and nice decor. They've done a fantastic job making it really nice to sit and have a meal solo or with friends and family. I have to say that Lanna Thai is one of my favorite places to get food on the Island that's made-to-order and consistently delicious. I look forward to trying more items on their menu and, of course, writing about them.

So good! Such a hidden gem. The inside is beautiful, the staff is friendly and food is wonderful. I got the Thai tea, Tom kha soup with chicken and crab Rangoons! My husband got the calamari and also really liked it. All of the above were incredible but the Tom kha was definitely my favorite. It had plenty of chicken, it was savory and I truly enjoyed it. I can't wait to come back!

I think this is under new ownership since the last time we came. The waitress/host Petchie has a great attitude and was great frequently checking how we were doing and refilled our drinks The food was hot and in my opinion some of the best I've had there in a long time. We had fried bananas which is a dessert and is little bananas rolled in a lumpia wrapper and fried. Served with dallops of whipped cream. My wife had Scallop Bang Bang. She liked the size of the scallops and they were cooked and a sweet/sour method on veggies which she liked. She also had the rice and chicken soup. It's a simple recipe but tasted really good especially since it was 36 degrees outside. There was a lot of chicken in it too so it's a well loaded soup in a large bowl. I had Drunken Noodles with pork. An unusual flavor that I can't pin down but I really liked it with large flat spaghetti type noodles. The combo fried rice had chicken,pork,shrimp and veggies which was a great side dish for all the food we had.

Mmm, mmm, mmm! I could not say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is quiet and fitting, the staff are very accommodating and know the menu exceptionally well. I tend to have a hard time eating curries because a lot of places put cow milk in them, but they make theirs with coconut milk, the way it's supposed to be. I've been here a few times, and haven't had anything that I didn't like. Including chicken sate, spring rolls, Panang Curry, Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, and I just tried the basil rice. So good and highly recommended.

We always get good food and service here and it is one of our favorite restaurants. We are both vegan and they are able to accommodate us. We have had several of the meals and liked them all.

I stopped in just to grab a quick bite and treat myself to lunch and it was a delightful break to my workday! The restaurant was quiet but there were about a dozen other patrons. I got my usual Pad WoonSen when I go to Thai restaurants because a)... I know I like it and b). I know how to pronounce it. The staff was very quick to bring me a menu my drink and shortly after I ordered I got my starter ... chicken and rice soup. Staff was very attentive and friendly. My server was smiling every time I saw him and that is a nice change from some restaurants where it appears that the servers hate their job. I will definitely go back here for dinner.

Food was very tasty and not as spicy as I was expecting. Ambiance was very pleasant with instrumental music playing softly, which was nice because you could actually have a conversation. Service was quick. Our server was very polite and made sure to check back to see if we needed refills. We went a little early to avoid the rush, which turned out perfect since families started arriving as we were finishing up.

I enjoyed the garlic chicken - it came out hot and was well cooked. The service was good, but it was very hot inside the restaurant and that took away from the overall experience.
