Always a good choice for a steak. We had a big group and were accommodated quickly even with a high chair request. The steak was cooked perfect for me (I'm a pain and like it red red rare) I felt like they really listened. The kids menu came with a bunch of grapes which my 1 year old couldn't eat so they were happy to switch it out for oranges which was so nice!

We always have a great experience at Longhorn. We were there recently and it was great. Service is always friendly and spot on. The restaurant is very clean and the booth was very comfortable. We started with the spicy chicken bites. They were tasty. I had the filet cooked rare. It was fantastic!! The bread slathered in butter was fresh, warm and great dipped in steak juices.

The ambience was good but when I opened the napkin with the silverware the knife was disgustingly dirty. See picture. The service was good, our waitress Lindsey was very nice and polite. The issue I had is that I ordered the Salmon with Shrimp and elected to have mashed potatoes instead of rice and she said the meal comes with three sides. Then brought two salads that required a $3.49 cents each and the waitress said nothing about the up charge. I also ordered Brussel sprouts and they were also up charge for $3.49. The sprouts were burnt to the point that I couldn't eat them. We show the knife to the Manager and they comp our appetizer but the surprise of the up charges is a surprise that no customer should receive. More training for wait staff is required. On a positive note, the overall food was very good and we enjoyed it.

I came here because I wanted a steak and didn't feel like cooking one at home. I sat at the bar where there was no wait (a shortcut I often use when I'm extra hungry and want food fast). The service was fast and efficient. My server was attentive and friendly. She got my order down and sent to the kitchen immediately. Less then 10 minutes later.... A beautifully marbled 20 oz. Ribeye Steak: The Outlaw Medium Rare with a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli in front of my face and ready for enjoy complete with a side of melted garlic butter. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and it was absolutely satisfying. I recommend sitting at the bar if you just want a quick lunch or dinner alone or if you come with others, the ambiance of the main dining room is nice if you have more time to linger. The staff is great here and very aware of the needs of their customers. Kudos!

Longhorn is always good for a family dinner!! I ordered the Flo's Filet cooked medium, a baked potato with butter, and twice steamed broccoli. It all came out perfectly cooked! Our server was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy, but not too loud. A great dinner!

So went today with my wife and was totally ignored by our server. When she finally did bring our food my glass had been empty for a while, we hadn't gotten any bread and the appetizer was brought out with no small plates so a mess was made just to eat it. While sitting being ignored, our server took the table next to us bread twice, refilled their drinks, waited on every table she had and we felt invisible. When I addressed the situation and told her how we felt, she started trembling, eyes welled up and says she was trying to keep her cool. Mind you I hadn't raised my voice, or said one swear word, I hadn't only raised my concern. So I told her well now I'm trying to keep my cool too and the only thing we needed was a manager. So while waiting for a manager, this woman comes to the table with bread and napkins I requested to clean the mess I made trying to eat my app with no plates. She sits that stuff on the table and says loudly is there anything else you need. I said well yes I need to see the manager. All of what she spoke was in a loud tone and attracted attention which we were trying not to get. She says I AM THE MANAGER! I said oh, well did the server tell you what has happened and been said here and she replied "ALL I KNOW IS MY SERVER IS IN THE BACK VERY UPSET!' And talking to me like I did something wrong. I said oh . She is. Well now I am too. So yes just bring us some boxes and the bill. We come here all the time and longhorn always is a good choice, she says well we don't want that to change. And brings a bag, sets the bag and boxes on the table and said your bill has been taken care of and walks off. I said no wait we don't want free food I want to pay for my food. She says no need, it's taken care of and walks off. So embarrassed, my wife and I got up and walked out. We left the food untouched on the table. I wasn't looking for a handout or to be treated like garbage. I was looking to have lunch on Labor Day with my wife and not be treated like second class citizens by a server who may have been overwhelmed with too many tables, and definitely didn't go in there to be talked down to by the "manager" loudly and treated like giving us free food was going to help. Never will go again to the longhorn on Fleming island as long as this female tall manager with her hair in a bun works there who talks loudly and down to her customers who ask for her attention to address a matter of poor service. Too bad there are no zero stars option. The manager actually made the situation much worse Than the server.

One of our local favorites. Longhorn Steakhouse in Fleming Island. This is a chain restaurant, so you will see them throughout the city. However, this location stands out! Consistent is the word to describe this dining establishment! Consistently tasty, consistently clean, consistently professional and courteous weight staff! We frequent this restaurant quite often, and it is so yummy and everything is cooked to perfection. We never have to send anything back. Prices are good and the portions perfectly priced. This establishment is always clean. It does get busy at times but you can go online and join the waitlist and it will tell you how long the approximate wait is. The wait times will be updated as other diners check in. Best value!

I always make my way to the bar for dinner. The evening was very peaceful with the staff and other guest. I was immediately greated and welcomed. My usual dinner was a steak with salad and sweet potato. This resturant did not miss. My steak was perfect with the temparture and flavor. The sweet potato was hot and baked just right. I will be back on my next trip

We had a brand new server tonight, I believe her name was Bella if I'm not mistaken. She was training and did an absolute amazing job! The food was perfect. We frequent this Longhorn and tonight was by far the best experience we've had to date. Thank you!
