terrible customer service. I came over from the hospital on my lunch break and the lady making the sandwiches was beyond rude. I had 2 orders and after the second she said ,"how many more do you have?" In a very aggressive tone. Will not be returning to this subway.

Looking at coupons that another customer left. And the aggressive young man behind the counter. Stated loud talking in front of my kids and making threats. Calling me out my name coming from behind the counter. And his wife/girlfriend didn't make any better. And the manager that was in the lobby talking with friends and family didn't act like her staff was doing anything wrong. Statement she made they have the right to deny you service. And when the manager said that they young lady went left loud talking and saying very disrespectful words to be a staff to any customer. When I tell you the disrespect was on a level I never seen. But I stayed and said what was needed in that moment 2 be calling out my name with my kids is a no no under any level. Disrespect me all you want but to make your threats and for the manager to keep taking to whom ever she talking to when I ask what time the manager will be in tomorrow they let me know she was the manager now what. So this means this behavior is normal to her. Cause alot of the male staff at Walmart said this behavior always happens.

Nothing about my 1st review has changed. There was only one worker a guy-not friendly at all. I don't understand why people work in the customer service sector to only provide horrible customer service. He wasn't friendly, barely open his mouth to speak, and when he spoke you could barely hear him.

The two ladies working at this subway had all five of my footlong sandwiches made perfectly and quickly! Very clean and efficient. I usually don't like using storefronts inside of Walmart because it takes a little bit longer to park and walk in and sometimes service is slow. This was not the case here! I will be back.

This one is in a WalMart, so I wasn't expecting much in the way of quality. It seemed like a one woman team during a particularly busy time. They need to staff better, but the food was great, especially for a Subway. I like that it's in the front by the door rather than in the back like I've seen in other WalMarts. The place was clean and people were served as fast as she could make the sandwiches. Another person did finally show up and help out which is good because the line was getting pretty backed up. Everything tasted fresh and Mom tried the new guacamole club sandwich. She liked it. (That's saying a lot since she usually doesn't go for meals that don't include rice.)
