I first met Mike in October 2020 when I needed a gas leak repaired on my BBQ line. He resolved the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. The best part of dealing with Mike is his honesty and the different options he offers. Due to his great job, I had him replace the BBQ gas line outside from a black pipe to galvanized, and he also replaced the outside hose bib (winterized).

When I purchased a new home in 2023, I knew I could trust Mike for the necessary repairs. He replaced the 20-year-old water heater, offering several solutions for my growing family and explaining the pros and cons of each. We decided to upgrade from a 50-gallon to a 75-gallon water heater. Mike completed the job from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner.

Mike also handled several boiler repairs, including replacing the expansion tank, pressure relief valve, pressure-reducing valve, and backflow preventer. Due to calcification on the pipe, he replaced a 12-inch section of 1/2-inch copper on the feeder.
In the kitchen, Mike replaced the double sink. In the basement, he replaced calcified 1/2-inch pipes and valves, replaced the dryer vent, and replaced the slop sink faucet.

Additionally, Mike replaced the BBQ gas line, which the former owner reported leaked, and added shut-off valves inside and outside. He also replaced my main water line from the meter.
