This is a beautiful hotel with great accommodations. The food is wonderful. The AC burger might be the best burger I've had. Ash and Tawny behind the bar give excellent service and great conversation! They made it hard to want to go anywhere else.

Tarah was amazing and knowledgable about the menu. Tarah has such a winning personality, you scored when you hired her!!! Matthew and Tawny made us the most delicious crafted cocktails and made them with LOVE!! Scott, the manager served us complimentary wine over in Element so we will definitely be back tomorrow!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The entire place was spotless -- not surprising since the hotel just opened about a month ago. Getting there by Uber or Lyft was a bit confusing though; drivers tended to drop us off at the back instead of the main entrance. Hopefully, that gets sorted out as the hotel becomes more established. The location is great -- close to the outlets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a simple, minimalist design. The beds were cozy, and we had a great night's sleep. The hallways were impressively long and actually connect to the Element Hotel next door. You can tell which side you're on by the carpet -- the AC Hotel has black-and-white carpeting, while the Element side features green. They also offer a happy hour until 6:30 PM with wine, beer, and cheese -- a nice touch! The in-house restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby. Overall, a great stay -- clean, modern, and welcoming!

Man, where do I begin with this place? I'll start with the very beginning. There is no valet and no one to help you with your bags upon arrival, so after you lug all your luggage out of the car, you then have to park in the adjacent lot next door for $35 a day, or $10 every single time you exit the parking lot. The checkin employee was actually very nice, but then you have to grab your own trolly out of the lobby and once again lug all your own bags to your room with no help from staff. There is no room service, just a coffee bar downstairs (with a very friendly staff I might add and was by far the best service in the the hotel). But a few times I went down after coffee bar hours, there wasn;'t even water in the refrigerator in the lobby. When we ran out of towels, we tried to call down to the front desk but no one ever answered the many many times we tried to call..it just rang and rang.. Finally I went down myself and asked if they could bring up towels, and the very friendly front desk employee assured me they would bring some up, however, they never arrived. I literally had to ask 3 times before the towels were ever brought up to the room. While the staff were all very friendly, they all seemed a bit confused and not sure the answer to any of our questions. Then there was the issue with the pool: All my kids could talk about on our way to Vegas was swimming. However when we went down to the pool deck, which was somewhat inviting looking, our hopes were dashed with the pool was so full of algae that my wife refused to swim or let the kids swim. It was also freezing cold, we never ended up being able to swim. Finally, upon check out they were doing a "sculpture reveal" ceremony out front, lol, and the only place to load your car was all blocked off with chairs.. so, we had to park at least a football field away, and once again lug all of our luggage by trolly to our car. SUMMARY: while clean (except the pool) and with friendly employees, the service and amenities were well below average. Ii would think twice about booking your stay at this hotel. Beautiful New Hotel Right across the world market. It'll be great when our convention is there and our rooms are right across the St. Perfect! The rooms are nice , spacious but couldn't enjoy the pool this time around. Next time! A few things though before you get super busy , the water pressure was not hot even at its highest it was lukewarm. The stand ho shower was not wiped completely because of the left over hair from the previous guest. It was a $9 uber ride to the strip and parking was easy with a few EV charging stations. And a Tesla Supercharger 1 mile away and located at nearby out door mall. Convenient! FYI: I got engaged that night , so this Hotel will always have a soft spot in my heart. See you guys soon.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is okay, but nothing within walking distance. The staff is nice but not helpful. The disaster started upon check in at midnight. I'm told the room I booked was not available due to a big group. So they gave me a different category. An interior room with a view of the other interior rooms and the concrete roof of the conference room and ball room. Very dark. Almost no natural light. I was also told the pool was closed for the two nights I was there. The AC unit worked on motion. So if you slept or sat down to work or watch tv the AC went off. Or more fun it would go on and off randomly. But when it was on it was unbearably loud. When it was off the room was hot and stuffy. Jesus, the engineer, came to the room to inspect. He was lovely. He said every single room in the hotel has the same problem and they cannot fix it. He said that the problem is that the hotel design is that ac units intended to be outdoors are inside and just covered up with a makeshift wall. So they are very very noisy. Coffee in room was meh. The housekeeper did not replenish the coffee. The two water bottles in the room were tiny and also not replenished. Breakfast was included with my room. That's nice. Except no one at the restaurant knew how to put that in to the computer which caused mass confusion on their part. Food was okay. Presentation was beautiful. I returned to the hotel midday. Hoping to get a coffee or a light bite to eat. Only to find out the Starbucks closed early for the day unannounced. Turns out the bar, restaurant, pool bar and snack shop are all closed early for the day. No notice was provided. At 2 in the afternoon it was impossible to get anything to drink. All the hotel said was well there's a private event, sorry. But they gave no notice to any of the paying customers. Nor did they offer any options. The best part of the unexpected closings was that the single elevator bank for the AC was also closed. They did not want the paying customers walking thru their party to get to the elevator. Instead you had to walk thru the neighboring hotel (whose restaurant is not open to AC hotel guests). Take the neighbor's elevator up to your floor. Walk thru the hallways of the neighbor. Go thru the fire door connecting the buildings and then get to your room. If you complained you were told that as an apology AC was offering a meal and drinks at the neighbor hotel. First, the wine had spoiled and was undrinkable. Second, the buffet food was the same food and location they were serving the event staff on their breaks. Third, the food looked like they had raided the freezer aisle at Aldi and heated up the food, including the luxurious white plastic plates the food was served on. If you wanted to enter or exit the AC hotel, you were not allowed to go thru the main entrance you had to go thru the doors that the help staff used. Then when I was standing outside waiting for the Uber, in the exact same spot I had Ubers multiple times, I was told Ubers and taxis were not welcome and I had to vacate the property and go to the bus stop. Upon return the hotel staff were rude to my taxi driver and instructed him to drop me off in a very unsafe location. I expressed my concerns to the front desk. I was told via the app that one of my two nights would be comped for the challenges incurred. I go to sleep in the dark sauna that is my hotel room. I wake up to an email from the hotel that they have charged my credit card in full for both nights! I go to the front desk to express my concerns. Mark, the general manager, came over to calm the scene. He tried his best to make up this disastrous stay. However, I have yet to actually receive the compensation/points he said he would give me. If I would have known about all of the closures, the horrible ac situation or that I would have a dark, interior room that felt like a prison cell I would have stayed at a different hotel. So disappointed in the brand new hotel as I have stayed at other AC hotels that are lovely.

Brand new hotel. Beautiful lobby, beautiful meeting rooms, beautiful dining and bar and restaurant. Finally a new restaurant by Smith Center. Hoping for many more soon!!!! The room at the AC was kinda small but adequate. My issue was electronics. Noone explained any of them before going up there. So about 4 lights in bathroom, a metal bar you need to push by door to get the lamp on and a/c. Fan was very loud so didn't use it. Was a bit much. Need info before going into room. But the dining room was great. Had some appetizers and lovely breakfast buffet. European feeling. open buffet plus waffles, eggs, etc. Very tasty and coffees, juices all included. Lovely bar and you pay if yu are at the AC for the drink and food. Open to public. Can walk thru the lobby out the door to the Smith Center and come back that way. We wanted to see how nice it would be not to drive and stay overnight. Really makes it so accessible and pleasant. There is a 2nd hotel called Element attached, different prices, rooms, foods, etc.

This review is based on the bar and restaurant area inside the hotel. The decor is classy and beautifully presented. This extends into the lobby, which is reminiscent of the other buildings in the area with beautiful art on the wall and a music motif for its ball and meeting rooms. The bathroom even houses free tampons and pads, which is amazing for us girls. They also have a patio where you can rent cabanas outside on their patio for $75, which is applied to your beverages later on. Faria, one of the nighttime bartenders is super attentive and friendly. Someone in our party had a food allergy and she went above and beyond with her service. Her co worker Tawny also served us during our time there and was equally friendly and attentive. I got the Pistachio Espresso, which tasted of a delicious coffee and was super smooth. The crispy potatoes were crispy on the outside and pillowy on the outside. They were served with a spicy tomato sauce and crumbly cheese which were the perfect complement. This is a great addition to the neighborhood.
