Arby's has always been one of my favorite classic fast food restaurants. I've been going to Arby's since I was a kid. Taste is everything when it comes to a roast beef sammich. It is important the staff gets it right so it doesn't come out dry. This Arby's always does a great job at preparing our food. The bread is always fresh, the roast beef is juicy, and everything is always made correctly. The staff is friendly and always greets us with a smile. The best part about Arby's has to be the curly fries. Beat seasoned curly fries out there and one of the few fast food restaurants which serves them. The fries here are never cold and are always crispy. Overall, this Arby's does it right and makes perfect food.

Asked for no bacon, they put bacon. Asked if they could put a little more turkey since the last time we were at this location they were really stingy. They put even less than last time. Sandwich was all bread and so dry. Plus, the lady at the drive thru wasn't enunciating so we had no clue what she was trying to say. Arby's is usually good, but this location is no bueno. Won't be back.

I had a simple order. A roast beef sandwich with tomatoes, a beef and cheddar with an extra cup of cheese for $1.19, mozzarella sticks, Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. Didn't get tomatoes, the cup of extra cheese, or the Arby's and horsey sauce. Missing one, 1 thing on an order I can forgive, but 4 item!!!!! It's unforgivable. Is there no standards and quality control? And the employees want $15 an hour??? Gonna have to step up your game. Cause right now, it's not deserved.

By the time we got to the window we decided that the amount they said over the speaker was not right. That they had left off a sandwich that we ordered. I tried to ask the boy at the window what they had in my order and he shut the window without saying anything. Manager, at least that's my guess, came to the window and was very rude and short with us. Man a WM, heavy set with dark hair and glasses. Ended up they had indeed left off a sandwich. No apology. No nothing Food was fine.

Got a fish sandwich, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers from Arbys. 2nd time eating here( first time was over 10 years ago). Really wanted to taste the fish sandwich. I asked for extra tartar sauce. When I opened it, it had no lettuce or sauce. They put the sauce in a separate container. I asked for onions to be added. Was charged.59 cents for onions. Spread the sauce on and I only had 2 slivers of onions. But it wasnt bad, the sandwich would have tasted better if they had put on the tartar sauce plus the extra I asked for and if it had lettuce. I mite try it again.

Shame that it's coming to this considering it's close to my place and an easy stop for something quick. Purchased some sandwiches for lunch and half way through one of mine a piece of lettuce with a bug fell out, so I asked my spouse to return the sandwiches and just get a refund. Even included the fruit fly. Wasn't trying to get anything free, but if there was a fruit fly in the produce already I didn't want to eat anything else from there. Apparently the employee tried to gaslight my husband and state that it was a "poppyseed" from an onion bun. 1. We didn't order anything with a poppyseed bun. 2. The thing had legs. I would've been more than willing to let it go, but the fact that the employee straight up lied to my husband like he was stupid really upset me. Enjoy your sporadic visits from the SNHD. :)

I haven't tried Arby's in years. On a Wednesday, mid-afternoon around 3:00 P.M, I decided to stop by Arby's through their Drive-Thru. This Arby's location is in the Northwest of Las Vegas off of the 95 N/Durango Exit. It shares a private parking lot with several other local businesses. The wait was relatively long at the Arby's, almost over 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru location. There menu offers a wide variety of different offerings such as their chicken sandwiches, roast beef, and others. After reviewing the menu, I decided to order a wide-variety of options!! 1 [Chicken and Cheese slider] 1 [Pepperoni Pizza slider] 1 [Chicken Sandwich] 1 [Roast beef and cheddar] 1 [New on their menu - White cheddar Parmesan mac n cheese] The price wasn't too bad. It was approximately $17.00 for the entire order. The wait was a little long in the drive-thru though, approximately 30 minutes wait time. I didn't take a look at the order before leaving the Arby's location. At the house, it looked like the order was correct and all of the food items were cooked appropriately. The Chicken and Cheese slider was surprisingly good. The chicken was crispy and a fair amount of meet. The pepperoni pizza slider is not something I would get again. It was basically a bun with meat and sauce, which seemed like it was toasted. The chicken sandwich was okay. It only had the salad, chicken and nothing else. The sandwich itself was plain. The chicken in the slider was better quality than their main menu chicken sandwich.The mac n cheese tasted pre-baked and processed. It was very heavy and the noodle type was a thin elbow. Their classic roast beef and cheddar was good. Overall, it was a okay experience at Arbys. The drive thru took forever though.
