Tacos / Tex-Mex fast food I had never been to a Del Taco before and well, Taco Bell has never been the kind of thing I'd go to more than once so I was really looking forward to trying a new place when I saw Del Taco down the street from the hotel I was in. Hit the drive through and they were very pleasant, got the order right and I was on my way. To be honest, the food was just meh - dare I say, worse than Taco Bell and that was surprising. I ordered a 3-crunchy taco meal and ended up tossing the third one - it was just tasteless and greasy at the same time. Maybe your experience will be better. Summary: decent drive through - meh food

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! This is the second time I've eaten here. Went thru the drive thru and ordered del tacos, grilled tacos and fries. All of it were freshly made, even the fries were hot! The del taco has a good amount of beef and the veggies were fresh. The employee at the window (I forgot her name) was friendly. My new favorite place to eat.

This is the worst del taco we've ever been? Today 11/04 exact time 7:54 pm. The Hispanic lady that's working at this time is really rude. She doesn't have any patience to explain about their food. Their very slow and rude... The manager should look into this particular restaurant.

Best kept del taco in NV if you ask us! Fast service, very clean. We ate here at about 1:05p today and the lady that took our order was friendly and professional. After she took our order, she checked the dinning room to be in order and cleaned. Love this place, thank you! We will be back again!

They messed up our order. There's no customer service there. They forgot something that we had ordered and looked at us crazy like we were lying about what we ordered. They still left out some items out of our bag. The people the workers there are super sorry everybody there needs to be fired if I was the owner I fire everybody in there included the manager. They have no customer service and just nothing boo del Taco one of my favorite places.

I ordered 4 snack tacos from this location last night and when I got home to eat them they were all practically empty. Every single taco had about 5 pieces of lettuce and a few pieces of cheese. Not only this but the taco shells were almost all cracked and falling apart. After paying $1.25 a taco this was ridiculous. The drive through workers took forever to take orders. We reached the window and the worked had to ask us to order again because she didn't remember what we ordered. Very negative and sad to have spent $6 on an order worth about $2.

Yeah no... the lady with damaged bleach blonde hair with an under cut... she's so rude. I suggest she gets a different job cuz she's clearly not happy here. Also, this location is gross and dirty. Cancelled an order of 6 items put in an hour before closing... 47 min after it was put in! 20 minutes after it should have been delivered...Because "they are out of an item" Refunding that 1 items would have been nice not just canceling after almost 50 min. Sounds like lazy staff who didn't feel like wanting to work for the rest of the night.

Sunday morning, I received fries that were absolutely horrible! They tasted like they were used to refresh the oil after frying fish! Very disappointing!

Well, I patronized this Del Taco again, this time taking less chances by showing up myself in the drive-thru line. And my fairly extensive order was faithfully carried out without any errors. Diane was not enthused with her "too well done" Cheeseburger. But she was okay with her Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla. I thought the Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla without Green Sauce was in fact above average, with a well-melted, buttery interior, and supple folds of a large Flour Tortilla cut into four portions. A Combo Burrito, with emphasis on Ground Beef, presented a nice harmony of flavors, and two Del Tacos enhanced by two scoops of Guacamole, pieces of tomato, and strands of cheese offered a welcome mix of both soft and crunchy elements. And a medium-sized order of crinkle-cut French Fries was good for the frozen fare it was.
