Greeted by a wonderful lady at the check-in counter. Offered us a free snacks. The check-in process was quick and informative. Rooms are spacious and clean. Safe parking and location. Plenty of food outside the hotel within a short walk. Easy access to the 215.

Newer hotel finished in August 2023. Great customer service. Evan at the front desk was very friendly and efficient in getting us checked in. Cons: - Digital key not ready well past time of arrival - Creaky bed/springs despite new hotel - Bathroom sink faucet installed too far back so when you wash your hands it's hitting against back of sink - Toilet paper awkwardly installed which means you have to twist back to get the paper. Toilet paper was (very) thin and rough. - Sliding door to bathroom has a slit wide enough that you can see people in the bathroom; awkward when people need privacy - Shower faucet way(!) up high very inconvenient for short or average height people. Pros: - Clean facility - Decent neighborhood/area but not much around in the immediately area (3 miles)

My spouse and I spent an evening at this hotel. Staff greeted us when we arrived. Check-in was quick and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The best part of this facility was it was not on the strip, we did not have to walk through a casino to kind our room, and the place seems non-smoking. The only negative is the walls are thin and you can hear other guest's voices. We enjoyed our stay. The previous review was written before breakfast. The breakfast items are similar to other hotels. The breakfast negatives was a toaster that did not toast and hot food items which were on the cool side of lukewarm. But the real issue was no one is responsible.

The hotel is decent, away from anything you may want to do but the management are thieves. They lie and are not capable of doing their jobs. It's been over a month since I stayed there and I am still waiting for my refund that they promised. Don't stay at this hotel that does not hold up to the standards of a motel 6 let alone Hilton.

They gave me an oily and dirty induction stovetop! I found a hair in my sink! Broken shower head!!!

OMG. The smell!! They use a very strong air freshener throughout the property and also use harsh chemicals for cleaning. Made us sick and had to leave after only a couple hours.

Rooms are very nice and clean. The king studio room has everything you'd need for a 2 day stay or even a week vacation. The only con was the shower water pressure was incredibly low so we weren't able to take a very good shower. With that being said the manager did offer to change rooms to make up for it. Overall a great staff and I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for something off the strip

absolutely DISGUSTING! breakfast attendant was coughing everywhere! restocking food items , plastic utensils, and cups with NO GLOVES! spreading germs again hacking up a lung. showed ZERO regard to passing on her sickness. She didn't even bother to wash her hands she continued on. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and will be informing my company to find another place to contract with. made me feel sick to my stomach seeing how careless this person was should be reprimanded immediately and/or health board should be notified for not following food safety guideline. NO GLOVES AGAIN IS ABSURD.

Our first stay here was in a 1 bed king suite for 3 days and was awesome. Our second stay here for a full week was in a 2 queen bed suite. Our third stay here of several days was booked for the accessible king suite, which was lovely! However, we discovered two pin pricks of blood stains on the mattress of the sofa bed when taking off the sheets. (We routinely carefully check for evidence of any bedbugs where ever we have to stay.) I called hospitality and they sent someone up immediately. We showed her what we saw and she notified the front desk. The front desk quickly changed our room reservation to the only other room available, a 2 queen bed suite. Before we got there, someone was in the room double-checking the beds and sofa bed and spiffing up the room. Although we didn't want another 2 bed suite and really wanted the roll in accessible shower in the king suite we originally booked, it was a pleasant stay nonetheless. My husband enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, and we both appreciated the free coffee, apples, and oranges available downstairs 24/7. We both were able to do our work with the free wifi from our rooms without any interruptions in service. We have two dogs, and they love cooked green veggies. My husband was able to cook green beans for them on the little stove while we were there. The area surrounding the hotel is nice to walk dogs as well. Although we didn't use them, there are also a nice patio with a fire pit in front of the hotel, a nice open lobby with plenty of seating on the first level, a pool, and an exercise room. We were there during the fire drill, and it was handled quickly and with minimum disruption. Overall all three of our stays at this hotel were very pleasant and we will return again if we ever need to. Highly recommend!
