I'm new to storage but I couldn't have had a better induction. They must've thought we were high or crazy-- we were grinning ear to ear throughout the entire transaction. It was that much of a relief to not have to deal with that pile of crap to and back again from my parents. Great facility and extremely helpful people. The 5x10 is huge... plenty for us as we had already given away our furniture. The autopay is set up and I expect this to be a painless and smooth three months. The man who helped me force post stroke David to stay in the car may or may have not been the owner. The woman in the office may or may not have been the owner. The super cute dogs in the office may or may not have been the owners-- everyone had "ownership energy." Wholeheartedly recommended.

Ok....so I've changed my mind on this business and they are not as bad as I initially posted a few years ago. Anger will lead you to say or post bad things. Truth is I've been a customer at this place for years....many years off and on. Never had my unit broken into and customer service is stern lol. Anyway we are all good now. Negative energy erased

We fell behind on our payment I called to see if there was anything they could do because in three months we have occurred $90 in late fees so I called because I wanted to keep my storage and see if maybe there could be something they could do about the late fees the lady I spoke with she was very polite but basically said there's nothing they can do about the late fees the charges have been charged and that's that so then I asked OK is there like can we settle on an amount and maybe just like move out and settle on it now and she said in a very snarky way it would be and the full balance including the late fees! Just not good customer service I don't know if they don't allow the manager to do anything they're like the manager is just like a title and she doesn't actually have any authority but in my opinion the manager should be able to have at least suggested he let me let me wave part of that fee for you like I explained the situation I was going through and how many to keep a customer or you would think they could waive buy $20 of a $90 fee but it was just like out of the question like almost like there was nothing she could do like the owner doesn't allow her to be a manager.

The worst experience ever. Emma changed the email address on my account from mine to that of my ex boyfriend without my consent or knowledge. She was far from apologetic, in fact she insisted on trying to defend what she did instead of helping me. If that's the help you get from a manager, what can you expect from them in general? I have yet to speak to the owner UPDATE: After speaking with the owner I am sad to say this place is truly a lost cause. The first thing he said to me after I told him my name was "I saw your review on yelp, you must not want to solve the problem". You should NEVER randomly allow someone to change info on someone else's account. Any responsible business owner would respect the privacy and SECURITY of their customers.

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! These people are crooks! The storage facility has ALWAYS been dirty, those photos are kind. It is normally WAY WORSE. There is not security on the actual units, just the gate coming in an out. They have a habit of cutting off your locks and stealing your things out of your unit and then putting a lock of their own on the unit which they charge you to take off. The staff are very rude and they don't care about you. They just want your money so they can go through your stuff. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! RUN!!!

Great place for my stuff. Emma and Joe really know what's going on there. Joe does a great job at keeping the property clean and nice looking and Emma really knows how to handle the most difficult customers in a professional manner. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there and understand that it is MY responsibility to make sure my unit is locked up and secure before I leave. All in all, I can't complain. Thanks for a comfortable, honest and professional place to store my extra stuff.

The place is unsafe and unprotected. The surveillance is limited to the outside. I had my stuff there for a few months and the unit was robbed and ransacked. That's why I left. The owner and the manager were both very unhelpful. And what's worse, I was never contacted about my unit being found open. The day I moved my stuff out, there was a situation with the manager there was almost a fight and the manager called me a "little bitch" because I didn't want to argue with her any longer. Customer service is horrible. The pictures of the property the company supplied ARE being very kind. There is usually trash all over the floor inside and out. These pictures are from the 26th of January 2017. Notice the used condom right by the entrance to the indoor units. I spoke with a tenant that was also robbed and physically pushed out of the office when she confronted the manager about certain lease details. This place is bad news, spend a little more money and GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE OR UHAUL STORAGE. Your stuff will be safe there and they are more professional.

Climate controlled!! Excellent customer service! Check out the rest then store at the best. We looked at multiple storage facilities in the area and not one was as clean or reasonably priced as Stephanie Storage. The folks in the office were very helpful and even threw in a free padlock for our 10x10 unit. We love great customer service :-)

5 Star Recommendation. I have used Stephanie Storage (unit and mail box) for five years. I consider it a hidden gem when compared to the larger nationwide storage facilities. It was great when I moved in and it's even better since Emma and her crew took over management. I feel Stephanie Storage is in good hands; safe, secure, clean, and very reasonably priced.
