We had a fantastic experience for my Birthday. 3 of us shared apps, sides, and steaks with dessert as well as tried a few cocktails.

The Steak was cooked to absolute perfection, melting in my mouth with every bite. The service was impeccable - our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and made the whole experience fell truly special. This is hands down the best steakhouse I've ever been to. oh and did I mention the ambiance so BEAUTIFUL :)

My local go to place!  At least once a month I go and see my favorite server Ashley, her support person Eduardo and the lovely Sommelier Hanna!  Steaks are always prepared perfectly with an abundance of rubs, butters, toppings so you can really customize your order.  Ordering the seafood tower is how I impress my guests so that is also amazing.

Pro tip!!! Get there right at 5PM when they open with reservations!!!!  There may be a line outside but they seat quickly and are always ready to go!

This is a place where the locals go after their shifts on the strip so treat yourself and give it a try!

I made a reservation for a part of 17 on 11.22.24. This was an after wedding dinner as I got married in Vegas at the LWWC. All of the food was amazing and cooked perfectly. My husband got a steak and he said the butter you could order on the side was amazing. Honestly forgot to take pictures of our meals because we inhaled them. The swordfish was cooked perfect and very flavorful. The mash potato’s, asparagus and fries are delicious. The fries honestly might be some of the best fries I’ve had, they are wedges and possibly double fried, I’m not sure but none the less delicious. The Caesar salad was also very good  and my husband and I split it. We definitely ordered way too much food and over ate but it was worth it because everything tasted great. We were in the Bill Murray room which was really nice as my family is a bit loud so it allowed us to talk and not worry about disturbing the people around us. The restaurant did also give us a complimentary dessert which was really yummy. The drinks were also good but I don’t remember the name of the drink I got. Everything on the menu is good so don’t be worried about ordering “a bad dish”

Great meal right off the strip! We sat in the bar area, dance music was at a good volume for conversations. The bartenders enjoyed their jobs, talking to customers, helping clear dishes and really energetic. Our meal was wonderful, everything was timed right and fresh. I would recommend sourdough bread and the grilled octopus. The steaks were excellent. So many different options on crusts, rubs and toppings catering to your individual tastes.

We visited herbs and rye last year and decided to visit cleaver this year. Glad we did. Everything is phenomenal just like their sibling restaurant! Hands down these are the best steaks we've had so far in the Vegas area! The sides were great. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the bone marrow. It was to fatty for our liking.
