Service was great. Room was great.

I liked the floorboards, and the vintage bathroom. My view down the southern end of the strip was nice.

Only con that there was a hairball in the shower, kindly left by the previous tenant. But I appreciate that the NYE staff were extremely busy, and this was something easily overlooked! Room was otherwise clean. And I loved the "emergency kit" of Tylenol and eye masks - cute touch!

Excellent location close to the middle of
southern end of the strip. Check in was fast and stuff were friendly. Gave the option to choose a late check out from the TV which was awesome to have. Room was good but the bed was a bit too soft for me causing some back pain. However, the view from my room was amazing and the food choices from the resort were superb.

I stayed at the Park MGM to celebrate my birthday.  They have many great restaurants which I enjoyed.  The Dolby Live is on the property and I had a short walk to get to a concert.  The casino was very nice.  The best thing about this property is that it is smoke free.  That was really nice as I don't care for the smoke.

The staff was very nice and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The rooms are clean, simple and yet, bright. The shower hot water was a huge plus. Also, this is the only non-smoking casino and hotel which is a plus for Vegas. We were able to watch the NY celebration right from our room.

Great location on the strip, though on the busy end. But if you are attending a concert at the Dolby, I would suggest to stay here.

The food options are endless and all every place we ate was not a disappointment for us.

I would recommend to stay here.

I recently stayed at Park MGM Las Vegas and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a property marketed as a four-star hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were not priorities. The room looked as though it had never been vacuumed, and I found hair on the bathroom floor—an unacceptable oversight.

Adding to the disappointment, the room had an unpleasant, stale odor, masked poorly by a cheap, old perfume smell. Although the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free, the entire property carried an unpleasant scent that was hard to ignore.

The condition of the room’s furniture and closet left much to be desired; they felt outdated and unmaintained, more befitting of a budget motel than a high-end hotel. Additionally, the staff attempted to withhold part of the $100 dining credit I received through my AMEX program. It seemed as though honoring this benefit was treated as optional, and had I not brought it up, they would not have corrected it.

To provide some context, I stayed in another five-star property during the same week, and the difference in quality and service was stark. This comparison only solidified my decision to avoid Park MGM in the future.

This experience fell far below the standards I expect, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay in Las Vegas.
