Our stay at Skyloft MGM GRAND was great. We were greeted by a friendly staff that were warm and welcoming. With our stay at Skyloft we had a personal concierge (Paul) who was sweet and funny and told us all the tricks to ordering In and Out. And though we were to have a butler for our entire stay we only had Thatcha (pronouced Tasha) for our first 2 days and she was beyond incredible. Thatcha's service was prompt, impeccable and gracious. She is 5 stars on her own. Unfortunately, we were never introduced to who should have been our butler for the remainder of our stay (2 days)

On our first night after our long flight from New York all we wanted was to soak in our tub but unfortunately it was not working (the stopper was loose and the water continued to drain). We called the front desk and scheduled a repair for the next day at 1pm figuring we would be up and out by then. When we woke up the next day we were ready to shower and get our day started but unfortunately the water in our line had been cutoff without notice. Thatcha was quick and helped us get access to another loft so that we could shower and get our day started (she also left a sweet note and a gift basket for the inconvenience which was extremely generous)

Stayed at the tower spa suite since the room rate was very reasonable but as expected for most of the hotels built around 90s(?) the room was a little ruined (chipped wall, shower sealant discoloration, rooms had minimal light source, not all plugs works & you can hear the tub draining when using the shower).

The location was a bit far off from the center of the strip (Caesar’s/bellagio) but there are still things to see around the block within 10 minutes walking distance.

Things that would make me wanna stay at this hotel again would be its pool & lazy river, great restaurant selections and easy to drive around if you tend to visit other parts of Vegas (less traffic)

An all-suites option behind the MGM Grand.  Beautiful and clean rooms, many privately owned, with a check in desk, and one restaurant/bar.  Next to the MGM Grand lazy river pools.

It's a very long walk to even the closest property - the MGM Grand, and an even longer walk to the strip or any other property.

Enjoyed my stay here! No flaws, and even the room service fruit smoothies and food tasted good. The service altogether was perfect and professional. The workers would help push elevator buttons for me and also supplied extra bath bombs and women’s toiletries right away as needed. Would recommend!

The price is very expensive for the Skylofts, but they are very nice. I came here thinking that the rooms are amazing, and they are. The amenities here aren't so great, so I highly don't recommend this place for the price. Only come here if you are willing to spend a lot of money and have high-room expectations.
