Hotel rooms with kitchenette or suites (which are called penthouse, but are just large 2 bdrm extended stay hotel rooms). These buildings are back behind the strip which is very nice for peace and quiet and to escape casinos and smoke. It means however a long 10 min walk to even get to the beginning of the MGM. This probably is not accessible friendly, as walkways are often broken and no showers seem to be roll in. The front desk is mediocre and generally unhelpful, and you have to pull information out of them. The phones either don’t work or they don’t answer. Valet service (which is required) is rude and somewhat aggressive. You are not allowed to unload your own bags or use a luggage cart so you must use bell service and valet. Tower 1 seems to be much more run down that the other towers. I would not pay 5 star price for this place. The decor and rooms are dated and have odd layouts and furniture. Jacuzzi tubs and showers are nice and good water pressure. I think there are nicer or equal places you can stay with closer access to the strip. Rooms are privately owned and so have all different cleaning services and remodels. Nice to have a balcony but no furniture on any of them so I expect they do not allow it. Not much point of a balcony if you can not sit and enjoy.

It's a great place to stay. Description matched the room, some amenities were provided like dishes, utensils, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, mini stove. Overall a nice place and the view, even when is not directly to the strip, is beautiful. The only thing is that it takes 15 minutes to walk from here to the MGM (although through an indoor walkway), to be able to get to the strip. Please note that the place has valet parking only.

Unlike the bustling crowds of visitors and non-residents common elsewhere, this controlled access creates a more serene and secure environment for guests. Real quiet although it is about a 15min walk to the strip.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, though I do think the staff could provide clearer explanations regarding the deposits and payment procedures. It would have been helpful to know more about the charges taken, when additional payments might be required, and the timeline for refunds. More transparency on this would enhance the overall experience.

As for the room, it was exceptionally spacious and well-appointed. I stayed on one of the higher floors, which offered a fantastic balcony with stunning views stretching from the Sphere to New York New York. The sunsets were breathtaking. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large jacuzzi that filled quickly with hot water, a separate shower, and a private toilet area. It felt luxurious and well-thought-out.

The room also included a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, and microwave, making it convenient for longer stays. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect—ensuring a great night’s sleep.

Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve experienced during my three-week road trip through Arizona and beyond. Highly recommended for those looking for a secure, luxurious, and peaceful stay in Vegas.

When I was staying here, I was with my wife and kids.
Everything was there, but the casino.
We went to the grocery and liquor to buy some food and drink, and put them the fridge.
I could enjoy the city view from my balcony.
Room was literally fantastic for its price.
I stayed in about 10 hotels in Vegas, and it is the one of top rooms.
The only and kinda big problem is...I had to walk 10 some minutes to go the strip.

Geraldine at the front desk provided a terrible experience. I was forced to check out and wait five hours to check back in, despite explaining that I needed the room to rest before working an overnight shift and would only be using the room during the day. She refused to help or consider any kind of grace period / late checkout considering the situation and very quick to raise her voice. Her behavior showed a complete lack of hospitality and customer service.
