Ate at Top of the World.  Great view.  The mushroom soup was really good.  Remainder was pretty standard fair. Nice way to end the night after a concert/ show.  Had to pay $25 per person to sit by the window.  As the restaurant was mostly empty at
1030 on Friday night,  this felt like a money grab.  People weren't waiting for this seats...
I would return and you can see the view from the other seats as well.

Checked in Saturday the 18th, paid for a non smoking room In advance. When i got to the property I was told non smoking rooms were all occupied. I was given the option to take a smoking room or upgrade to have a smoke free room. It’s 7-730pm I’ve been traveling all day, I’m exhausted and wanted to get some sleep, so if the only way I’m gonna get a smoke free room is to upgrade that’s what I have to do.. the upgrade was $150 for the time I was there. The gentleman checking me in was just doing his job, not upset with him. I have respiratory issues and asthma. I cannot be around smoke like that 24/7. Charging someone for an upgrade when they couldn’t communicate they didn’t have the original room is not my fault they could have refunded me and I would’ve tried else where.. I spoke with the manager, and he literally didn’t want to do anything about it but give me $30 back. I asked for the full refund but he settled at 2 nights ( about $70). As someone in customer service for over 15 years, this was not handled correctly whatsoever

The room was somewhat expensive for what we got. The showerhead was nice but was broken. Had to place a towel on the edge of the tub by the toilet to keep from getting water from big leak outside the tub. They also tried to charge for smoking in the room, but it wasn't us it was the people who  checked out before us. Found cigarette burns all over the room on the carpet, the wood table in the sitting room, and the bathroom. Big bathroom, though cleaning staff for the hotel rooms are very sweet women. Watch out for people trying to sell tickets and trying to get you to go to the timeshare class. They'll harass you every time you go by. I was here 4 days and was harassed every time I went downstairs, which was over 50 times. Ya, NOT cool. When you say no, it means NO.

I got charged $396.83 for supposedly “smoking” . I don’t even smoke , then they said I might of light up a match . Like what! Who carries matches these days. Honestly now seeing all these reviews about people getting charged for the same reason . I regret staying in that hotel. Definitely never going back. If I don’t get my refund I will definitely contact a lawyer and see where it goes because there’s no way there so many people getting scammed or getting there hard working money taken away by a hotel.

They are definitely scamming here! Everyday they change their prices on stuff with deposits and double charging. One min it’s one price for a late check out then the next day they put another price with no written confirmation. I have been here for a week and seen how they have scammed us . They also have been checking our room out 4 hours before the checkout time which is suppose to be at 11am . And we have been getting checked out at 8am so they can charge you another incidental instead of rolling it over with an extended days. I definitely will not be going back here. Tourist be aware and keep up with your bank statements!
