Hey Yelpers!!! We came here with a group of people as a stop for a birthday party. It was a little late so it wasn't busy. We ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread, and it was delicious. Just the right size for 2 people. It was very flavorful with lots of saucy chicken and just the right amount of caramelized onions. The wife also had a tequila sunrise that was perfect. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with what lever we needed. The drinks are also well priced for Henderson/Vegas. It can be a little smoky in here as it is a bar/casino. If it were busy, I can seen the smoke being worse. It wasn't bad while we were here. We would come back for a late night hang. Come check them out!!!

Disgusting Service by Manager William (6:30 AM - 12 PM, 8/27/25) We have been loyal patrons of Barley's for over 20 years and have always appreciated the warm, personal service--especially from Tammy and a few others on graveyard shift, who knew us by name. We rarely ask for comps, but when we did, she and her manager always treated us with respect and consideration based on our time spent and level of play. Obviously this time it was a Whole New Crew that we haven't seen before. They gave us the Worst inattentive service ever and when asking for a comp on a meal I was Insulted by the Shift manager. For two decades, we've been treated as valued guests. Today, we were treated with complete disregard. The lack of respect, service, and acknowledgment of long-term patronage is unacceptable. This is absolutely pathetic service, and after today, we will no longer be returning to Barley's.

Barleys has been around since the beginning of time....for those of you that don't know the vibe i will describe it in a few utterances.....Super laid-back vibe, just like the good old days. Affordable drinks and tasty bites--exactly what everyone's looking for! Did i leave anything out? Yes they're a small casino so sports betting and a cafe there is! The main center bar has plenty of seating....and a hell of a happy hour

The Dining room and Patio areas are closed for renovations thru about the 3rd week of December 2025. The kitchen remains operational and all menu items are being served. Dine-in service is available but has been temporarily relocated into the Casino Lounge area.

The people waiting on you at Barleys are the best and the slots are loose. My wife won $9,500 last month.

Such an amazing hidden little gem of a casino off strip. John was our bartender and he is really on his ps and qs. Will be a regular from now on! Such cheap prices for drinks and plenty of room during the World Series to watch the games and a perfect locals casino hidden from everything.

Following the Las Vegas Yelpies, Diane and I looked for a 24-hour place in Henderson to have a late meal. And this small eatery is what we found. Although only two other diners were present, and we only saw one waitress on the clock, this place nicely met our needs. My Prime Rib Dip with onions and cheese on a soft roll was excellent, paired with very good creamy Potato Salad and very flavorful au jus. Diane pronounced her "Brewer's Breakfast" of Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, crispy Hash Browns, two strips of Bacon, and an English Muffin to be "alright." Service was friendly and very good.

Came here for a quick brunch. We were surprised on how affordable this place was with quick awesome service with our server. They greeted us upon arrival and sat us shortly. It's a small cafe/Pub. Food was amazing. We got the loco moco that was seasoned nicely and the gravy was great. Pancakes were fluffy and made to order.

The friendly service from Jessica and Giselle at lunch time is outstanding. Always love the food and have to start with the pretzel bites.

The brew pub casino is a far cry from a pub. The pub is actually a cafe with poor service and little knowledge of the beer. The beer is fabulous and the happy hour pricing is amazing; that said you get what you pay for; refer to photos. It was a quiet atmosphere
