It was late at night & we were hungry my wife look at the menu & saw prime rib. We got the queen cut and we shared it with a side salad. It was delicious & huge I'm glad we shared it. It was cooked to perfection. It was a little pink but not too much pink but just right. Jen's was our waiter & his service was just outstanding always check on us if we needed anything. At the front desk Ruthie greeted us & she so nice & welcoming. The ambiance was also incredible everything looked nice & clean. I will definitely recommend to my friends & families.

This place has great menu variety, friendly service, and is a very large and spacious room with beautiful chandeliers and furniture. Currently they have a $5.99 cheeseburger and fries social with a players card happening all day every day. Check it out. It's a great deal and tasty. Up front they also have some yummy cookies and pastries for sale as well. Great spot for a bite to eat.

This is our fourth visit to the brass Fork while staying the night at the hotel. Kathy was our server and she was very friendly and efficient. She wholeheartedly approved of our choices of the salmon with brussels sprouts and sweet potato purée and my husband's choice of the Salisbury steak dinner. The food came out in about 10 minutes and was nice and hot. I think my salmon had just been taken out of the pan as it was still sizzling. The Salisbury steak dinner was pretty good although it's kind of odd that they put the garlic toast underneath it because all you end up with is soggy bread. Everything else was pretty good. However, we both agreed that the salmon dinner was excellent. So many places, overcook salmon, but they cooked it perfectly. The side orders were also absolutely delicious. Hope they keep this one on the menu for a long time! We will be back!

First and foremost, the cooks need to learn how to cook steaks. 1/2 of the steak was medium, the other half was well done. The grill marks were deep into the meat, thick and black. The waitress seemed nice enough, but when we told her the trouble with the steak, she said that's why I always recommend the 12oz steak rather than the 8 ounce one because it is more tender.?.? What does the thickness of the steak have to do with tenderness ? Absolutely nothing. Those grill marks would have been just as deep and chewy. She really shouldn't be giving excuses like this... It really makes a fool out of her, especially saying this to someone who actually knows how to cook a steak properly.

Opens 24/7. This spot is inside the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino. Late night specials are from 11pm to 6am and they have dishes as low as $3.99. Service was good and the food came out quick. I came here with my family for breakfast and ordered the American Breakfast. I ordered mine with over medium eggs, sausage patties, and hashbrowns. The eggs and sausage were great but I wish the hashbrowns were crispier.

This is always a convenient place to eat at Sunset Station. We ate here twice on our last visit. What is nice is the whole menu is available all hours. I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla, the cheeseburger special, and the breakfasts. The breakfasts can feed 2 people. Service can be a bit slow sometimes because it gets quite busy inside. Overall, I enjoy the selection here. There are also great desserts.

I'm staying here at the Sunset Station Hotel and the Brass Fork is located right inside the place. Breakfast is not included, like it is where I usually stay Holiday Inn Express, but the price was way cheaper here for the room. I saw the Brass Fork offers a late night or early morning depending on you point of view, food specials. They run from 11pm till 6am, so if I get there before 6am I'll get a breakfast deal. The cheapest deal is pancakes for $3.99, but I want more than that, so I got the Steak and Eggs for $9.99! I arrived at 5:30am since I'm up already anyways to get some work done in the room. The service was fine and they took my order no prob. The plate came out and it was a big plat with the steak, eggs, hashbrowns and toast. That's a deal for $9.99. I just had water to drink since I had a coffee maker in my room. The food was tasty and the steak cooked properly. I do like I didn't have to drive anywhere for breakfast, so there's that. They do offer a Cheeseburger and fries special 24/7 for just $5.99! I might have to come back for lunch! The regular menu here is normal pricing and has all the usual stuff, but the late night specials are the deal here!

This place is great!! I've stayed at sunset station forever and never have I ever been to The Brass Fork! This time it was my friend's 75th birthday and he was on crutches so he didn't want to go far. So I invited the whole party here! The staff was so accommodating. The server was so patient and great service! I got the $5.99 cheeseburger special. Hey, can't beat that!! Better than White Castle and McDonald's put together. There was 9 of us and the total was shy of $200. That was including tip. I was so tempted to get a carrot cake. Beautiful dessert display up front.

We frequently come to Sunset Station, mostly to gamble, bowl, and watch movies. Note, I've been seeing ads for the Brass Fork midnight to 6am specials, and they look so good with great prices! We made it a point to come in for the steak and eggs special. We came in about 430am, the place had just a couple of customers, so I can see that the specials are to entice customers to come in for late night dining. We were seated immediately, and nothing was mentioned about the specials, so we had to ask. We were then informed that the special is ONLY FOR ONE PER TABLE, and you must have a Boarding Pass! We already have Boarding Passes, but really, one per table?! I asked the server if I had a table for 4, all Boarding Pass members, only one of us could get the special? She said YES. I jokingly said that we would all have to sit on separate tables then. STN, I don't get it. You even have the specials plastered on the giant marquee outside, yet don't want to honor this special to all customers?! Amazing. Well anyway, the food was good, our server was good, but we came in specifically to take advantage of this special, such a disappointment. I checked, it's not even in the fine print. Please get this straight because this seems like a very shady way of operating.

This Brass Fork location is at the Sunset Hotel and offers 24/7 casual American cafe type eats in a casual atmosphere. It's located near the lobby. The space is quite large and comfortable. Seating options include the counter, tables and booths. I've only been for breakfast (many times) but of course they also offer lunch and dinner. Great service by all and especially the ladies at the counter in the mornings! Breakfast items include but are not limited to avocado toast, steak and eggs, omelets and pancakes. Lunch and dinner include various appetizers (loaded nachos, chicken wings etc), soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches and various entrees including a New York steak, Cajun chicken fettuccine alfredo and grilled salmon.
