Pulled up for a chicken sandwich... how I open it and there ain't even no chicken in it?? Just bread, lettuce, and some sad sauce. I take it back and the whole squad in the back on lunch break -- the manager (Black dude who clearly need a haircut and a rehab center ASAP), three white girls chillin', and TWO little Black kids running around like it's a damn daycare in the kitchen. I asked for a refund and they hit me with a FAKE corporate number like I'm slow. Sat there 30 mins mad as hell just to finally get my money back after going around them and calling the real corporate. How y'all got minors in the back, no manager doing their job, AND forgetting the main part of a chicken sandwich?? Never again. That whole staff need to be replaced -- starting with that dusty manager. But don't worry PEEP THE PICTURE BELOW

The original guy that ordered my food was good and prompt, but they couldn't get the food to me in a proper amount of time and then they forgot my drink. It was a iced coffee and the guy put no coffee in it. It was just watered down something I don't know what it was, but by the time I got home and tasted it it was horrible so I gave them a three rating because there's times I've been in there and they don't get my order right I don't want to get all of them in trouble because some of them are good but some of them don't pay attention to what they're doing.

Service was a ZERO. Disappointed in the service that was given at this establishment. Came at around 9:30 PM to dine in real quick with my family and the wait was RIDICULOUS! They were more worried about their drive-thru orders than all 5 customers they had dining in at the time and that were there before these drivers. I know because when I pulled up, there were no cars in their drive-thru. They ignore you. They think that just because they got self serve machines that it eliminates person to person service and interaction. SMH. All 5 customers were livid! Do better! Because of this visit, I will not be returning to this specific location. I ain't got time to wait forever. 1 star, but really a ZERO

Just reopened this place and they are complete crap. Machines still don't work. Employees are rude and inept. 3 weeks ago my order was messed up. Specified no onions and it said "no onions" on my receipt yet they read that as "EXTRA ONIONS" Kiosk not working. Took 3 employees to handle "#1 with cheese, no onion, no tomato, easy sauce" Last week I went in ordered on the kiosk. I am the only non employee in the building. I am speaking on the phone when the lady calls my order out. I put my hand up to acknowledge her and made eye contact. She YELLS for me at this point. I again raise my hand and point that I am on my phone. I am the only person in the lobby and she YELLS AGAIN. As if there are 100 people talking in there and she can't move on until she finds me. Rude AF Today kiosk is working I order, but now BK has gone to the "QR" code receipts. No option for printed receipt They have NEVER opened for me. I am running an iPhone 16 pro on T-Mobile in Clark County. These are just corporates way to deny refunds in the name of becoming more eco friendly. Took my double whopper and got to my desk took a bite and it just wasn't right. Combo of a soggy bun, and lack of ketch up. And maybe there was a little, I'm hoping because that looks like blood on my bun and I don't see any red on the patty or buns. $15 for a large fry and a Sunday at this point. Time to call SNHD

Had a double Whopper w cheese and a Big Fish today, and it was great. I haven't eaten this stuff in years, and I was very impressed. The food was really good, the staff was courteous, and the restaurant was very clean. All for just fourteen bucks. Well done!

This location deserves way more stars! They just finished their remodel. It's modern and clean, my kids think they have the best indoor play place, and the manager and workers are all so kind and welcoming. Great changes have been made and I hope they do well!

Got a whooper meal which was ok. $10 bucks not so sure. However got a regular cheese burger which was crazy for $4.29. And the size of it I think it's to feed a baby. Crazy how small it was.
