Went to this location yesterday and we had not been in awhile! We decided to dine in as we used to pick up food here 5 days out of 6. The customer service started with India (always professional and pleasant) Brandon made our amazing salads.... EXTREMELY GOOD Caesar avocado salad and chicken chipotle salad. Jenn, Jazmin, G and AARON we very helpful as well. Not sure who made the barbecue brisket sandwich but it was soooooo good! Kudos for this experience!!!! Great music , clean and pleasant! A must try! You won't be disappointed!!!!!

Cafe Zupas is one of our favorite places when we decided to eat healthy meals. ( which is a very often) We really like Cafe Zupas and their healthy food. We really love their menu, perfect selections of various freshly mixed salads, bowls,fresh soups, and made to order delicious sandwiches. Fresh and delicious food served by very friendly people. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The store is very open, nice and clean, very inviting. They use fresh ingredients and it makes all the difference, plus it's pretty inexpensive for the quality that you get. Also the chocolate covered strawberry that it comes with ,is wonderful. They have a new dessert Viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and it is so delicious ( a MUST TRY) ! Overall: The food is always amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A great place for a quick healthy meal. Highly recommended!

Food is always fresh and you got to love the roll and chocolate covered strawberries! I wanted to share my thoughts about a man who served my friend and I today and then helped my daughter and I as we were exiting. First we were greeted with a genuine smile and patience as we figured out what we wanted. This person took our order and swiftly prepared our salads. Then as we were leaving, my daughter accidentally dropped some garbage and this same person saw the both of our hands filled so he politely picked it up for us. His name is Brandon and his name tag said he was the owner/partner...anyways, I love seeing work put in by people who run their business. It boosts morale and demonstrates quality leadership. As far as the ambience, Cafe Zupas is always clean and bustling which to me means it is run efficiently and effectively! Will definitely be back!

I placed in order and added parmesan cheese to a salad, and it was rotten. Yes, the salad had avocado but the avocado was nowhere near the cheese.I have attached pictures of the rotten cheese.

Ordered Cafe Zupas tonight. Have you ever licked a chicken bullion cube? If so, you've tasted their chicken noodle soup. There's uncooked dry herbs in the background, like they were thrown in last minute as an afterthought. But the salt! I'm an over-salter, and I can't eat this. I've never been served anything this salty, other than a salt packet. It is completely inedible. And the "French Baguette Roll"? One came with, and I ordered an extra. Mistake. They're just cheap, very gummy, dinner rolls. Absolutely terrible. I gave 2 stars instead of one, because the soup is loaded with chicken that's not dried out. Too bad I can't eat it. I just wasted $25 and about 40 minutes wait time on food I am walking out to the trash. They should be ashamed putting that soup out. Never again.

If you're craving salad , soup or sandwich all at once . This place is great. I wanted a salad and some sandwich and they had a good deal for $15 combo . Salad was fresh and tasty and their sandwich was good portion and good for the price . Will be back for sure !

This is a good place for a super full lunch. The portion sizes are usually excellent to have two meals even. The flavors are pretty well developed but still pretty basic. The cost for the portion is good. The soup was more full flavored. The service was quick and friendly but it was difficult to determine what you got for the price. Wish I had read the reviews on yelp. Google maps had higher marks, not sure why. They barely give you anything besides lettuce. Very slow service, actually writing this review while in line waiting to pay for my bowl of lettuce. Should have just bought a bad of salad from the matket. Too bad, some of the ingredients were decent. I enjoyed the ginger dressing and the greens were fresh. The sweet potatoes should have been cooked a bit more. The bread was disappointing. There were a lot of tables that needed cleaning!
