Review #637 None Elite Squad I normally dont get Domino's especially if im in Vegas..but we took advantage of the any pizza, any toppings for $9.99.. we got 3 all with Extra Cheese and i have to say these pizzas didnt taste like cardboard.. they were good.. fresh.. nice and hot with great stringy cheese.. the delivery guy was cool.. its a 4 out of 5 stars for sure.. if youre in Henderson..I say try it

Okay y'all, I'm just going to say it, today, Domino's just out pizzaed the Hut!!! My wife and I just tried Dominoes hand tossed LG ExtravaganZZa Pizza. It was so Krazy good, with 4-Veggie toppings and 4-Meat toppings. The last time I had anything from Dominoes was over 20 years ago. Well, I'm A New Fan now for sure! Ok,I know, I get it. It's Domino's. But come on! The veggie pizza arrived lukewarm at best. I ordered a garden salad. Ladies and gentlemen, the salad was BROWN!!!! At the very least, look at the pre-made salad to see if it appears somewhat fresh. Sheesh! I hope a district manager sees this review.

7:50 PM - Order for Pizza Placed 8:06 PM - Order Being Prepped 8:18 PM - Order in the oven - per the text message I received 8:25 PM - Quality Check 9:32 PM - Still Checking Quality 10:04 PM - STILL Checking Quality 10:41 PM - Order no longer in system Called to check what happened and was told the driver couldn't find anyone at the pick up point so he returned to the store. No phone call, no text message and the crAPP's last update said Checking quality. Why didn't the driver call? "Must've had the wrong number" per the person on duty. Probably more like - too lazy to try calling. Based on other reviews I now see for this location it appears the owner here has set the bar pretty low for customer service. Not sure if the pizza was good when it came out of the oven but it sucked 2.5 hours later when I drove over to pick it up myself because my kids were pretty hungry by 11pm. But cold pizza to a 5 and 7 year old at 11 o'clock at night is still better than nothing. Tips when ordering here at this 711 Marks Street location: 1) Walk, drive or Uber to the store yourself as the delivery team here is lousy at what they do If you feel you must use delivery then... 2) Don't trust the App. If it's taking too long call. 10 minutes pass - call again - repeat. 3) Don't pre-tip the driver. Unless you want to pre-reward poor service. 4) Don't bother giving your phone number - they won't use it anyway. 5) If you're still thinking of getting pizza delivered from here, take a minute and read the other reviews. Then refer to tip #1 on my list. You won't regret it. Besides, the store itself looks nice inside - for a Domino's Pizza, that is - and you'll save yourself the $5.50 delivery fee.

I haven't had Dominoes in a long time, but was very impressed how easy and efficient their online ordering is and I was very impressed with the thin crust pizza I ordered it was delicious and arrived very quickly.

Use the app for faster service and coupons. If you make an account and sign in, you can build up points to earn rewards such as a free soda, breadsticks, pizza, etc. I wouldn't consider this a dine-in restaurant, it's more for take-out, or delivery. The app also allows for tracking if the pizza is being prepped, in the oven, or ready for pick-up, super convenient! Cons: the pizza may or may not come evenly cut. My last pizza had slices of all different sizes! A super tiny slice and a huge slice.I posted a picture for reference.

I absolutely hate this dominos it's so terrible. Every time I try and order for delivery.. mind you I get off late about 10pm. They always cancel my order and call me and say it's gonna take an hour and half or even 2 hours for me to get my pizza because there's only one driver and blah blah blah. How the hell is that my problem how about you hire more drivers!!!???? And get some new employees while you're at it. I spend to much money here to get the run around. I wish I could request to have another dominos deliver but I can't ! Then I get my pizza and it's cold as hell and it says it was made at 11pm and delivered at 12. Like girl don't make the pizza and have it wait for over an hour.

It's been a long time since I ordered from a Domino's, always preferring local shops and occasional national chains, but wanted to give them a shot. I'm unsure why the app chose this store for my delivery, as the one on Lake Mead Pkwy is far closer. Anyway, I took advantage of the mix and match $6.99 special, ordering two two-topping pies: pepperoni and pineapple, and pepperoni and green pepper. There's a decent amount of pepperoni on each, but other toppings are so scarce as to not be tasted. There's also a huge border of crust without toppings, sauce, or cheese. So there's a few bites of topping and then the rest is crust to chew on. Not sure how to feel about the delivery experience itself, as the tracker appears to be highly inaccurate. But the driver was a nice dude and followed instructions for accessing the building. I used the "report a problem with delivery" system but not sure my feedback made it to a live person. Shoddy effort in my opinion. Glad there's a Marcos nearby with quality product. Even Little Caesar's and Costco are superior based on this singular order.

Had to stop by after running errands at Costco. There is a sitting area which is rare nowadays. Very clean establishment and workers were hard at work making pizza. The phones were ringing off the hook, but the workers were not frazzled. Even the guy taking out order offered a better mix and match deal, which saved us money so I was able to buy more food. Yay! They even have a free USB charging area which I needed. Very unexpected and much appreciated. I would come back again.

Last night at 520 on Thursday, my wife and I have got home from a long day with the camping. Ordered pizza while chicken wings the chicken. Whatever was and some other stuff. It came out to $40 by 6 o'clock. I still haven't got my order. So I CA told by the manager that he only had 2 drivers and was taken longer than usual, and as we were talking goes on my driver's back now we'll get your foot out. About 20 minutes later, a woman called from Domino's Pizza. Inform me that my pizza was still sitting there in a heat lamp. Waiting for a driver to come in. So the first guy lied to me, which was the manager so I told her I didn't want that old food. She claimed to have reheat made the food but it tasted like it was just heated back up. My wife ordered that chicken. What the hell's that called Hawaiian barbecue chicken deal? They give like appetizer. They had no barbecue sauce on it. As made very poor it was heated back up. They did not make new food. Okay. We finally received our food at a little after 7 o'clock at night. Okay, that's the kind of and you don't get no response from anybody at Domino's, they want you to call their store the store, don't give a shit, they really don't care, they're not going to tell anybody about this, what happened to corporate value, what corporate martial when they're doing, even the outside stores are not doing a good job. This store evidently is not known a good job. If they don't want to know about it, they don't care. When the woman called me all she could try to do was get me to cancel my order so she didn't have to worry about it. That's the easy way it seems here. I'll give you your money back. She said you can order from somebody else. What the hell are you talking about? Already waiting for over an hour from you. We're hungry. We want our food now. Needless to say, we accepted it because we were hungry. It wasn't all that good and half of it ended up in the fridge. We don't end up in the garbage today. But that's how Domino's is doing business time to start.Treating them like a Subway and let them go downhill too.Well, I'm pretty sure they're ready are.I think we'll take our business over to Little Caesars.Pizza, they're just down the street.I should've gotten my car and drove over there.It would have been a lot quicker.Shame on you domino's shame on you
