I haven't had any major issues with this location. I do not come here often, as there is one a lot closer to my home, but when I do, my orders always come to me quick and without any issues. I do not think I have been in their lobby at all. It has always been drive through and at a decent hour, so there was no wait time and the food quality was what I would expect from any Jack in the Box location. I do not see any reason to avoid it, at least from my experience. Your mileage may vary.

We ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo, a Jumbo Jack Deluxe, and some chicken nuggets. The Coke Zero had the Perfect syrup-fizz combo. The nuggets tasted pretty good... but I'm 50/50 on whether any actual chicken was involved. Some kind of delicious mystery meat situation. The Jumbo Jack Deluxe? Let's just say the veggies were working overtime trying to rescue that sad, flavorless burger wedged between two rubbery buns. But! The chicken sandwich with bacon? A total surprise! And Juicy, flavorful, crispy bacon! Unfortunately, it took forever to get our food. And when we finally got home, we discovered the fries were missing.

I had lunch menu with coupon since I live nearby. It was quite, clean and food came out fast. I was in a rush so I took it to go. I don't know what was wrong but I had upset stomach at night time. I don't want to believe that it's there burger but that's all I had all day so it has to be it.

The ordering box don't work very well. So ordering was a challenge and when I got up to the window to pay and get my food. Bitch at window glared at me. :/. I mean no one forcing you to work here. It's your own decision. Why you glaring at me because I'm ordering food.

Don't expect good customer service or your food to be correct. Gave them 2 chances too many. If you want to know how to manage a successful restaurant, I can give you a few pointers.

Went through drive through on sat. Ordered tacos frys and a cheese burger .. 1.. had to go back inside they put 5 frys in box. Then get home which was across street taco were cold frys tasted like they have sitting for awhile .. and my cheese burger didn't have cheese.. Will not go back ..

Do your self a favor and drive to the next one. The wait is always long even when there's barely any cars. The staff is rude and condescending. Since I moved to this area I've been here a total of 4 times, 3 in which they have messed up my order. I recently ordered the Monster tacos and they gave me plain, I paid double for the Monster version. I've ordered a double jack plain and they put mayo and mustard. I drove home and had to drive back because they also charged me another order of tacos that time. The food is bomb but this location doesn't hold up to the standard. This place is garbage.

I don't know why people are complaining. The food is good. Especially at 3am. And that dude that works the order taking overnight is super nice and hospitable. Do you come to Jack in the Box for your gourmet palette? Yeah? Get the Smashburger loser.

This place has really turned around. I want to give Miguel a big shout out as part of the change! He seems to always be working the drive thru when we come late at night As long as the tacos stay crunchy it's the best jack in the box around!
