Pretty standard stuff. It's not bad at all, but nothing about it stands out as amazing compared to other options out there. The folks working were patient as we made our order and the orders were correct and fast. It certainly beats the heck out of Subway. But for the other sub shops in this category like Jersey Mike's, Port of Subs, etc, it's par for course. Again, not bad at all, just nothing that shines.

Oh Jimmy John's, what can I say except thank you for feeding me several times a week. Seriously I'm so glad that your food is good and delivery is quick. I could do without the $4.99 delivery fee but....all in all the consistency and quality makes up for that! I'm a huge fan of the turkey Tom, can't go wrong with that! The bread is usually really soft and fresh and the ingredients are also really fresh tasting. And the delivery is usually really, really fast, which is great because waiting for food when you're starving isn't fun!

I don't know what to say. I did not eat here for the record. Btw I never been into a jimmy johns before. This was complete just the service. I walk in and ask for a giant spicy Italian. The guys total demeaner was unpleasant. I asked for half of the sub to be mayonnaise. He said he couldn't. I asked why, remember these are his words "some people try to cheat the system". Don't know how that is cheating the system or what that means. I decided to leave, he yelled I can make it for you. I left, who knows what he can do to my food.

All good except the chicken wrap had way too much salt and mayonnaise. My son ordered the blueberry lemon cookie. He says it's a must! He also ordered the: 8" jj gargantuan sandwich 8" caprese salami pesto sandwich lemon berry cobbler cookie!! He said ALL were fabulous. The staff were excellent and the place was CLEAN

Let me start of by saying I use to enjoy this location. On average, we come here twice a week. Maybe 1 out of every 6 or so subs have an issue with them. Never complained once. Yesterday, after being pestered in emails about their new toasted sub for weeks, I finally caved in and decided to try it. When I finally get to work to try it, it's totally wet and sogged out, not even edible. I called the store to tell them my experience and some female employee had an attitude and started making a bunch of excuses as to why the sub wasn't edible. Also, I could hear the cowardly manager in the background saying "I can't do nothing about it", when he could have simply apologized for the mistake. I order the sub with the same exact toppings, every single time, 2x's per week, and never has it been inedible. I will just go to Jersey Mikes from now on.

The restaurant is sparkling clean. The employees are polite and attentive. There were three men working and the was the bathrooms are cleanest I've ever seen for a restaurant. I'm so impressed! The manager Jeff remembered my name. My favorite is the #11. Try the crispy jalapeños! The Oreo cookie! Yum!

Placed an order at 1110a because the previous day it was delivered "crazy fast" half an hour went by and we called to confirm the order. Were told they are phasing out the in store driver and that an uber eats driver would be assigned. Was never informed of this delay. Our food was delivered an hour later and we watched as the uber eats driver that was assigned much later had multiple stops. So disappointed that the famous delivery at this place is no more.

This location is clean and well kept. never had an issue here. I order online and it's always right and waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. we always get the giant and share it to save a few pennie's. I don't like their chips. of course that's not the branchs' fault. I wish they had a non kettle cooked variety. sometimes i stop at 7-11 first for chips. Alas, I still come here cuz I love the sandwiches. it's convenient and better than burgers. the cookies are the bomb!

This rating is for Jimmy John's sandwich policy and not the quality of this store. This store was clean, in a nice neighborhood, had excellent service, and the sandwiches were fresh and had good flavor. The problem with Jimmy John's is their corporate sandwich making policy apparently followed by franchise branches as well. According to the internet, Jimmy John's opened in 1983. We went to Jimmy John's frequently from 2006-2014 and then were not able to go to one until 2022. On our visit, we got the #4 turkey sub with added avocado spread and regular meat on one sub and double meat on another. The regular sub had 1 thin slice of turkey and the double meat one 2 thin slices of turkey (see attached pics)! Honestly, we were shocked, this was not what we remembered from a decade ago! Consequently, I searched Jimmy John's on the web and found complaints from 2014-2017 that Jimmy John's was skimpping on their meat. Managers of Jimmy John's responded that corporate policy was to place meat by weight not slice. This does not seem to be how things were done prior to 2014. Sure there has been inflation, supply chain issues, and COVID, but 1 slice and 2 slices--rediculous! Just charge more and give more meat like everyone else is doing. We ate at Jimmy John's after eating another turkey, avocado, bacon sub at another sub place a day or two before that charged about $5 more for their sub with more things (real avocado included, not a spread like at Jimmy John's, and bacon included) and waaay more meat on it than Jimmy John's. Consequently, after past experiences at Jimmy John's and eating at this other place, we were shocked at the paper thin 1 and 2 slices Jimmy John's gave us in 2022! Therefore, if you are not that hungry or are a vegetarian or vegan, then Jimmy John's 2022 is for you and this store is a good place to get a sandwich because they are clean, offer good service, and makes sandwiches that taste good. However, if you are pretty hungry and want a sandwich that actually has some meat in it and don't want to just fill up on bread and mayo, then another sandwich shop is going to be more your speed. We will likely not eat at any Jimmy John's again till they change their sandwich making procedure, even if they charge us $5 more to do it, then we would be ok paying that for a good sandwich with a generous amount of meat.
