I have never been a time I've come to this location and the food is ready when I arrive. I'm consistently told to pull around and wait while it's being prepared. I use the drive-thru for convenience, expecting quicker service, but instead, I end up waiting 15 minutes in the car. This is the closest KFC to me, which is why I continue to come here occasionally--but the long wait times are frustrating and are the main reason I don't visit more often.

I placed a fairly large order well in advance about an 3hours before pickup. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready yet. That part was understandable. What wasn't understandable was the attitude I received from the woman at the counter. Instead of a simple apology, she told me that the pickup time is when they start the order, not when it's ready. That logic makes no sense, but I stayed polite and waited. When my son and I finally received our food, I asked for some honey mustard. Her response was a rude "It's in the bag." Unsurprisingly, it wasn't. As we were backing out of the parking lot, my son realized we were missing part of our order. He ran back inside to let her know, and instead of taking responsibility, she acted as if we were mistaken--even as we showed her the bags. After wasting more of our time, she finally handed over the missing chicken fingers. We asked again for honey mustard since we never got any, and she handed me one single packet. When I asked if I could have a few more, she acted as though she personally made the sauce and it was a rare commodity. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. She claimed to be the manager, which makes the experience even worse. If that's the kind of "management" KFC stands behind, it's no wonder customers continue to have problems at this location. I've had issues here before, and this visit just confirmed that I won't be returning. For the prices KFC charges these days, the least they can do is treat paying customers with basic respect. KFC needs to do better and take a serious look at how this location is being run.

This location has always had poor service but I tolerated it because my husband likes the taste. We generally go there once weekly and never use a discount. He would eat it more often but I refuse to patronize businesses with poor service. Today when weighing the pros and cons of going there again a KFC coupon we recently received tipped the scales in their favor. Aside from the normal issues this location has when fulfilling an order it also doesn't honor KFC coupons. Nice I was told this rudely after my order was placed and I arrived at the window presenting the coupon and my card. This National chain has just lost a lifelong customer over a couple of bucks. So mad I'm going to start by turning my 500 employees against the chain and then chipping away at their profitable growth via any review platform I can.

We have been sitting here waiting for our food for over 15 minutes and there are people still waiting that were here when we came in. If you aren't going to run your business right then just do everyone a favor and close down. Horrible

Horrible customer service and horrible. Management went there last night to grab dinner for me and my son waited over 25 minutes to get my food went through the drive-through and four other car got their food before me went in to talk to the manager, and he was making up excuses that there were behind, but it may no sense because I was there before everyone else else and I got my food code to give me a refund

Hi. This KFC location at warm springs in Henderson nv. Has very oily chicken they need to improve on their chicken Original. The service is not organized KFC needs to keep an eye on that you need someone with experience to take care the order and give to the right person. The Ambiance is a mess. The restaurant floor is nasty. Is a great location but KFC needs to improve even on the food because they shouldn't run out of any items is fast food restaurants.
