I picked up the five dollar Mc double combo as usual, everything was hot and delicious

ordered 2 cheeseburger around lunch ( wasn't busy and I went drive through ) . Got home and realized there wasn't any MEAT on one of my " cheeseburgers ". It's beyond pathetic how these fast food worker demand better pay when they can't even get a simple order right. It takes no skill to work at McDonalds,but hiring someone with a brain would be preferable.

I ordered a number one with no bacon. And this is what I got literally just bacon and cheese no eggs. I was told to go park on the side. I was left there for about five minutes. Someone comes out with my food. I usually check the bag before I leave, but I was in a rush when I get home to open the bag it's literally just meat and cheese. I would give zero stars if I could.

It's bad enough that the McDouble that was $1 at the end of COVID is now $2.79, but on top of that my $3.79 french fries were only 1/2 full. I am 64 and have eaten McDonalds all my life, but I am done.

I bought two Happy Meals expecting a bit of variety for my kids, especially since the manager had told me they had three different toy styles available. Instead, I got two identical toys--and when I politely asked to exchange one, the manager flat-out refused. What's worse, they admitted they had other toys in stock but still wouldn't make the swap. The day before, I was allowed to purchase the toys separately without any issue. But today? Suddenly it's "against policy." No explanation, just a dismissive attitude and inconsistent rules. It's frustrating when a brand as big as McDonald's can't offer basic customer service or honor their own word. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just a fair exchange and a little honesty. Sadly, I got neither. Manager on duty was very rude.

Ordered through the app to avoid waiting -- guess what? I pulled up, there is only 2 curbside pick up spots-- One of the spots to my surprise was apparently taken by one of the employees at the McDonald's that had just clocked out or something, point is there is only 2 spots and and employee was taking one of the spots... Had to park somewhere else -- and wait for my order to be "made" However, the food was cold! The fries were double dipped which is the only reason there were hot. Worst experience at McDonald's so far.

The staff was driendly and a plus was we did not have to use those awful ordering machines. Negative was that this was the dirtiest bathroom. Absolutely awful.

It's always such a wait here. Order online ahead of time and they still park you. I put I was already here about 10 mins before I got here so the food would be close to being ready, it wasn't. I'm buying breakfast for some dealerships, I'm not even gonna eat this nasty stuff. I'm here by request. It just makes it really hard being on time when the people here take their time, there is no urgency here. The reason why they get three stars and now one is because they do apologize every single time.
