Place is always great and packed. Service is kind and quick. I would recommend the chicken and shrimp carbonara. 10/10 every time.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED???? I have been going to this location for many years, and unfortunately, this last visit was not what we are used to. First of all, when the salad was brought to the table, it was not tossed as it usually is, but it had sections of each vegetable situated on top of the bowl, And we had to toss it ourselves. That wasn't such a big deal, but what was was the ratio of vegetables. There was a humongous pile of red onions and 2 black olives. Skimping on tomatoes too. AND, the usually delicious house dressing ??? It was super thin, leaving us to believe that it had been intentionally watered down! Then, there was the issue with the breadsticks! OMG, i think they got them from the dollar store! They were dry and hard as bricks, and slightly burned on the bottoms! Also, what leads me to believe that they are not the typical breadsticks that they used in the past, is because they had no salty garlicky sprinkles on the outside like they normally did before. Just awful! BTW, everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered, except for one, whose order had some chicken topped with cheese that she picked up with her fork, that was like plastic! To top it all off, our server a young lady, only came to check on our party of 5 one time. It seems that she was more interested in her boyfriend who came in by himself and sat at a table directly across from us. She waited on him and another girl came and stood around, and they chatted while he loudly played his youtube or whatever, on his phone. Very rude and annoying! (Doubtful he paid, due to the heavy flirting) lol Normally we leave twenty to twenty five percent for a tip.But this time, it was only a ten percent due to the quality of the food served, and the sorry service we received. I hope that Olive Garden is not cutting back on their quality! That would be a really bad thing.

The service WAS AMAZING!!!!! Our server was Raphael. He was on it! He checked in us reasonably amount of times. He brought everything perfectly. He was very nice and had great suggestions! It was very clean and I was happy to see they wiped everything down including the screens to order and pay. I highly recommend the spinach dip we got full of that bread, salad, and soup and it was 3 of us. We took most of our main meals home but we did love them but especially mine the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Jesus is one of the managers and he is always walking around helping the staff. I have to say we had the BEST EXPERIENCE! We are very grateful. Was a nice birthday lunch

Can't get enough of that endless pasta!... This is our third visit to Olive Garden since hearing about their promotion that started about a month ago. The dining area was nice and spotless. All the food was terrific, the serve time was fast and our waiter was mostly/80% attentive to our needs. Quite frankly, it was somewhat busy and the waiter had to deal with us and all other patrons seated in his area. I'm a pretty good sport about these sort of things so I'm not gonna hold that against our waiter. Overall, it was a great experience and a beautiful dinner with the fam.

The service was good and the food tasted good but for $13.95 for a lunch chicken parm that was the smallest amount of spaghetti I have seen. Spaghetti is the least expensive food so for a couple cents you can make it look nicer. Not worth the price

Was craving for Olive Garden. From appetizer to dessert We also ordered a pitcher of watermelon sangria, oh my gee it was yummy! We only ordered the piccolo (lunch) portions coz we also got an appetizer and planning on dessert. Plus still comes with unlimited garlic sticks, salad/soup. Our server Levi was very nice!

Came to Olive Garden today with my son. Upon walking in, I was greeted by two young men -- one selected our table while the other kindly opened the door and later walked us to our seats. That positive first impression honestly kept me patient, because once I sat down, no one came to check on us for nearly 20 minutes. I eventually asked a server who my waiter was, and she said she'd check. I then saw and heard the lead trying to assign my table to four different servers, but none of them came by. By that point, my frustration had grown, and I was ready to leave. The same young lady returned with the manager to figure out who would finally take my table, but after waiting so long, I was done. I spoke with the manager, shared my frustration, and left. I understand restaurants are short-staffed these days, but the lack of attention and follow-through made this experience really disappointing. Customer service just isn't what it used to be. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of when I first walked in and was greeted so kindly. If only, that's how the rest of my experience went.

Can't go wrong with OG when it comes to simplicity and affordable Italian dishes, plus the fresh and hot breadsticks and soup.. c'mmon now The service is good, lots of parking, very clean restaurant too. Not too loud, not too noisy, it's perfect esp. after Sunday church service.

This location is definitely one of the best olive gardens when it comes to service. Our sever was attentive, checked on us multiple times, brought refills for the soup and salad and really made sure we felt taken care of. I had Chicken Alfredo and was tasty. I also tried the green apple sangria. It had a good flavor but the glass was small and filled with a lot of ice. For those unfamiliar with olive gardens, each entree comes with your choice of unlimited soup and salad which is a nice bonus.
