Sip Club is great. This location (Henderson, across from Station Casino) is usually dirty. Bathroom is disgusting. Staff is fine. They let staff have hanging hair AND I've had hair in my food. So, I don't eat as often here as I did previously. And, soup portion sizes depending on who's in the kitchen. This pic is a bowl $10? and 2" from the top.

Used the deliver service because I'm sick. A little late but not a problem. Ordered the buy one get one free for $5 more. When I did not receive the free tomato soup and grilled cheese, I called. "Not our problem". I repeated the issue. That's only in house. The advertisement does not say that. I paid $5 extra. False advertisement and misleading. I wrote a bad review a year ago. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Can you say grilled cheese?! The service was fast. The restaurant was clean. They were not a lot of people in the store. . I ordered a grilled cheese, not knowing it had been upgraded baby. Let me tell you this grilled cheese was everything. It might be my item of the season. !

Panera is my go to when I need to stop in for a meeting while working remote as the WiFi is always reliable and it's usually more quiet than Starbucks. Today decided to try a beverage instead of food. I opted for an iced chai latte with almond milk. I tried ordering it with foam assuming it was a cold foam, but when they brought it to me they explained they can only add foam on hot drinks. No big deal, but odd that the app allows you to order it that way. The chai has a nice spice, which can be hard to find, and the almond milk makes for a creamy finish. Overall the taste is good, but it's expensive for the size. Not sure if order it again.

The director of the physician group @ my work got us Panera for ER week. They offer catering & it sure was pricey! The sandwiches, chips & chocolate chip cookies come in these nice sturdy big boxes that are put inside this huge Panera bag that is reusable, think reusable shopping bag but XXXLarge. I LOVED the Kettle chips that they carry. Taste like true Kettle, very fresh and one bag the salt was just right & another bag was a little too salty to my liking but I still thought they were very tasty. There were 2 bags with loose chocolate chips cookies that were good. Not to hard but not super soft. We got a big bowl of pickle spears that were yummy, but I LOVE pickles. I was the lucky one who was given the leftover pickles to take home....lol I tried the Tomato Basil BLT which was good. It is small but it looked like 1/2 a sandwich. The bread seemed to be the tomato basil due to the light red color. I also tried the Toasted Italiano warm sandwich. This was a good size but messy when I opened up the packaging due to the Greek dressing that is put on it so if you get this one you probably want to eat it right away or the bread will get soggy. This sandwich is spicy!!! I think from the sliced pepperoncini peppers though I didn't think they were normally hot? I'm not a big fan of the french baguette bread that it comes on due to it being so hard, I like my bread soft. I also grabbed a BBQ chicken for the next day. I know, I did eat a lot but I work 12hr shifts & I was starving when I came into work as I don't eat before work. This was a nice treat that everyone @ work enjoyed. Unfortunately, Panera isn't a place I usually go to when I get take out food. I did enjoy the variety of cold & warm sandwiches that were provided. I like that I was able to try these items from here and the set up was very nice & neat. Good job guys!! Thank you!

This isn't my favorite Panera location, but the food is consistently great. It's right across the Galleria Mall. I appreciate the order kiosks and the order-ready screen. It was tricky to understand at first, but makes the process quick and convenient. The restaurant itself feels a bit dark, and I have noticed the occasional strange character hanging around, though the staff is usually quick to address it. On our last visit, my daughter and I opted to get our food to go. Overall, I'd come back in a pinch especially if I'm feeling hangry!

I have to give this location a shoutout! I have come here for years for both business meetings and personal. I typically order large group catering from here and almost always it is correct. A few times through the years there's been an error or two but has been corrected. The staff for catering is always friendly, prepared and helpful. I appreciate that very much! Recently on a personal order I tried the new menu option, zesty Tuscan Asiago sandwich, and it was SO good I decided to give a well deserved review. I ordered Rapid Pick Up via the app and it was ready very quickly. Packaged properly and tasted so good. Keep these on the menu for a bit, please. I didn't take any pictures but it looked good too! Asiago bagel, with all the toppings melded together. It was great. My kids and I swing by on occasion too and we always love our dishes whether the flatbreads they used to have, soups, Mac n Cheese, salads always fresh, sandwiches, drinks great and lastly all of the bakery items are fun like seasonal cookies!

I needed to have a quick lunch and Panera is an easy choice. I haven't been to Panera in a while, but when you enter there are multiple kiosks to place your order. I usually select the "Choose Two" so I can get a combo of soup, salad, and sandwich.

First time checking out Panera! I had only ever heard about it and decided to give it a try. Can't say it was a great first experience. To start with the good: The restaurant was well & comfortably lit. The booths were comfortable. The food came quickly. The food, aside from the broccoli cheddar soup, tasted fine. The bad: It all seemed ridiculously overpriced for what we received. My chicken Cesar salad wasn't even half full. The chicken was very thinly sliced, which is fine, but the portion was very light; and I ordered and paid for extra dressing, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get the extra, as it was hardly enough to coat the salad. There may have been about a quarter of a chicken breast in the salad, which feels like a major rip off for the price we paid and with the bowl already only being filled, at most, halfway. I had heard a lot about the broccoli and cheese soup, but ended up disappointed by that as well. It was VERY bland. It really just tasted like thick broccoli water. The other salad was ordered with extra protein, which we received, but it seems like they put even less lettuce to compensate for the extra protein. It was delicious, though. The French onion soup tasted like it was frozen and thawed out at some point. Didn't taste fresh, but aside from that, it tasted fine. The worker calling out orders and handing out the food had a feel about him like he didn't want to be there and was slightly annoyed by me asking for a to-go plate.

No no no just say it's not so. Years back I did frequent Panera for lunch often. Recently the one in The District closed now this. So I go in to order and they took the Napa almond chicken sandwich off the menu... No wonder the other one closed. Beyond that the seats were pretty broken down needing of repair/ upgrade and tables were dirty. I know this is gonna sound weird but when did they start making you go up and retrieve your own order??? All a big let down and I'm guessing it's just a short matter of time before this one closes too. Sad situation. Another once popular chain going by the wayside. We ordered a pastry with our lunches that we had to track down on top of having to get our food. Bad scene all around.
