Paris Crepes is located on the second floor at Galleria at Sunset Mall. You'll find them in the food court near K Empanadas and Panda Express. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, and there's ample seating. Menu offers a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner crepes, as well as sweet and signature crepes, salad, espresso and signature drinks. I had a prior meal and was looking for a refreshing drink. I ordered Iced Matcha Latte (small, $7.50) with oat milk and requested unsweetened. The owner mentioned it may taste bitter without honey, but I'm okay with unsweetened matcha. He showed me the type of matcha powder he use and it's a good quality, texture is a little grainy but the matcha flavor is good! I asked for a lot of ice which naturally will melt and soften matcha, making it smooth, cool, and refreshing! Service from owner Wahid and daughter Rahil is very kind, welcoming, and friendly!

If I had a nickel for every time I had a non-French crepe at a Vegas-area business named "Paris" in the past couple of months, I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Paris Crepe is a new spot in the cavernous space that is the food court of the Galleria at Sunset mall. They have lots of sweet or savory crepe options, a few salads, and some espresso drinks. Water is bottled only and also costs money though, so it's a good thing I brought my own. After a few minutes of cookery involving a crepe maker and a flattop grill, my order was ready, and I found a seat nearby. I had the Turkish Crepe ($16.99). The crepe was a little more golden brown in some spots than others but generally seemed cooked properly. My choice of steak was actually pretty tender and free from connective stringy stuff. The filling was pretty creamy despite not having cheese, most likely due to hummus and some garlic mayo that didn't taste at all like mayo. The potatoes, spinach, and sautéed onions added a lot of depth. The za'atar spice blend may have just been dusted on top but still provided a lot of flavor. Paris Crepe was actually quite good, especially for a mall spot. It is also not the greatest and is certainly pricier for some menu items than other Henderson crepe spots. Definitely check them out if you're in the area, but don't drive across town for it.

Absolutely delicious with great service my first time going I got a Mediterranean salad which was great I ended up getting a Philly cheesesteak crepe which is always good the steak is always juicy today I decided to try the Italian crepe which was absolutely amazing I'm not the biggest chicken person but the chicken in that was jammed pack with flavor! I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the mall

Love it! Hope it stays open forever. Food is great, fast service, a lot of options. I got an Italian Crepe and a raspberry white chocolate iced latte. Amazing! It's in the Galleria Food Court and they definitely deserve more foot traffic than they're currently getting!!!!
