This is my first time here. It was a little slow going at first since it was only one person on the floor then the what I would assume shift leader came out to help me and told me that they were doing big catering orders and she apologized for the delay. She got right to work on my three sandwiches and put two of them in the new 2 foot party box.. very friendly staff and very clean store. Everybody has their favorite sandwich. Normally I go to Capriotti's, but I'll definitely come back here again because of the good service.

First time @ this location and I'll probably never go to another. Super friendly employees with spotless dining areas and restrooms. We chose to sit near the back, where a couch, love seat and coffee table await- super comfy! It's obvious the owners/management at this Port of Subs location take pride in their store.

I received a coupon for my birthday and stopped in yesterday to pickup an online order. As usual, I was pleasantly greeted by Kayla and Martha. My order was ready and it was delicious. Kayla is a big reason I frequent this location. Martha is sweet as well. Kayla's customer service skills are simply impeccable. You can just tell that she enjoys what she does. She makes it feel like Cheers because she literally knows everyone's name, and their favorite orders. These days you don't come across many genuinely caring and upbeat people in this industry. It is always a breath of fresh air when I enter this place. If you are having a bad day, just stop in and grab a sub and Kayla is sure to turn your frown upside down! I do hope the company appreciates her like the customers do. This young lady needs to be in management and/or have a franchise of her own, seriously!

This is the one on horizon ridge. Several times ordered large RB sub on line. Even gave a3.00 tip. My late sub had 2 pieces of RB only. Price outrageous for this

Posting for my son : Service was horrible, asked to have a specific sandwich made for me, I usually order a tuna and salami sandwich, this time the young lady at the cashier decided to give me attitude when I asked if I could build my own sandwich. She said they can only make the 1-18 sandwiches listed on their menu, but also stated that we could add or remove certain ingredients for an extra charge. After I stated I wanted a number 15 with no pepperoni, or provolone, instead id wanted Tuna and Cheddar cheese. The woman said "sir we cannot do that, we do not build sandwiches here." I explained to her how Ive never had this issue at any other port of subs, as Im used to going to the one in Green Valley and ive never had any issues. She continued to give me attitude as repeated herself again. I then said thank you, but Im going to leave. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

Greatest sandwich I ever tasted. Was suggested to me by an employee named Kaylah who made me feel welcome as it was my first time at port of subs. The seating was also very clean with a nice couch to sit on and relax!

This was my first visit to this location on Gibson. I usually go to the Stephanie St and Sunset location but on this day, a Friday-it was closed when I stopped by. I placed my order on the Port of Subs app as usual. Upon arriving I didn't have to wait very long before it was ready. On the app, I selected for oil and vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper to be added in addition to the mustard/mayo mixture and veggies. What I discovered upon arrival at my house was, my sandwich only contained the meat, cheese and veggies. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. (I waited inside the car while my adult son went inside to pick up my order). The sandwich itself was tasty with freshly baked bread, delicious meats and provolone cheese as well as fresh veggies that tasted as if they were harvested that day. I can't say I will return to this location as it is out of the way for me and I prefer the Stephanie/Sunset location. Other than the missing ingredients, it was a good sandwich.

Came in for some subs with my kids. I was greeted at this location by Mike who opened the door and held it for my kids and I. He along with the other staff had great customer service and were very friendly. After a long hot day at work this was very much appreciated! Thank you Mike!
