The food and service was good. Ambiance no big deal. It was a bit pricey for the portions.

It is my first time here last night, Their food is delicious... just had a fabulous PRIME RIB DINNER yesterday it was so big! Their salads are cold, fresh & crisp. It is my "go to" place that's quiet (no kids--adults 21 & over only) & service is fast & friendly. Server Ember is very friendly and efficient. They have great "early bird" dinner selections 4-6 pm. I definitely will go here again next time I am in Vegas.

So I went to this place yesterday friends and people my conflicts had such high in great reviews so I had to go and check it out myself little did. I know that, even though there were people inside of the restaurant part, and there was a couple of people in the bar Myself, and my friend were not allowed to seat order anything to go or nothing to be quite honest, somebody yelled at my friend as far as not being able to hear, but instead of coming to the front and acknowledging anything that person yelled from the bar to her, I will never ever again go to this placeI don't care how many reviews it has or how many people come up to me and tell me it's so great I felt disrespected and I'm never going back.

I ordered take out several times since my kitchen is being remodeled. The food was good and service from Mary was was great... Until I called about 2 pieces of prime rib that were ordered medium rare but I received medium well on the well side. I was told to bring the food back and it would be replaced. The following day I returned the food but Mary took it very personally and I could hear her yelling about me from the kitchen. They were kind enough to replace the food with two more pieces of prime rib but they, too were well done even though I called first to confirm med. rare was available. Mary freeked out and turned into evil twin... which might explain why the restaurant was completely empty. I had planned on ordering food from here for 3 weeks until my kitchen remodel was complete. They lost some serious business they obviously need and Mary would have made enough in tips to pay her next mortgage. I will not be going back. To be honest, the food is good and portions are generous. The value is good... just don't return any food.

I'm giving two stars because we used to love sitting in the restaurant area and having a nice conversation with the owner, Joan. However, on this visit, we chose to go to the bar to have a drink and gamble a bit. When we walked in the bar was completely empty, except for the bartender who could not have been bothered to take Notice that we even showed up. It took several minutes before we were even greeted never offered a name so we have no idea what his name was. Monday night around 9:45 PM so I'm sure management can tell who the bartender was. Absolutely worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Rude felt like we were bothering him to even be sitting at the bar. No wonder it was completely empty other than us. Bartender seemed very distracted and looked like frantically searching for something behind the bar. Very fidgety and frustrated and we definitely felt like we were an inconvenience. We finished our one drink and left. Extremely unfortunate as we used to frequent that bar, and there was always a pleasant bartender behind the bar, giving great service and lots of customers dumping their money in the machines. Management should definitely address the situation. You are losing tons of revenue. Because we think Joanne is awesome. We will definitely give it another try but if that bartender is there, we will not stay.

Rude and unwelcoming no public bathroom even if you buy something - a restaurant that has no bathroom. Don't spend money here they don't appreciate you

My first experience eating here was okay. Not for families that have children. 21+ only - as posted by the front door and check in. Small menu, keeps it simple. Prices are cheap. Filet mignon for about $26. Nothing really goes above $30. Not many great or appealing appetizer options. Service was good. Everything came out quick and drinks were always accounted for and refilled. Waitress was very kind. Loved the cart, it seems to make it easier for those working and added something unique to the restaurant. Unsure if it was an off day, but it seemed very stressful for one waitress to take on multiple tables and some mistakes were made, but I do not blame the waitress as she kept her professionalism and composure. Ambiance was a little dull. It is quite dark and quiet inside. A little old fashioned with large round booths. Iffy of cleanliness. Filet mignon was cooked good. My only critique is that the whole dish was bland, not much seasoning. Could not eat the garlic mashed potatoes - it was really watery and bland, did not taste garlic. All in all, it was a good try. It would probably be a one and done.

It's like taking a step back in time into old Las Vegas. Very quiet mellow ambiance. The food is always great. Being walking distance from my house, we've started going there a lot and have had almost the whole menu. There's nothing I wouldn't recommend. Service is friendly. Again, I mentioned it's a quiet restaurant, so sometimes the food can take a little longer than we're used to, but it's worth the wait so just order a couple of drinks and enjoy yourself. There's a bar there with games too.

We went here on Wednesday night. It was slightly busy and the service was a little slow. They were were friendly and very nice The food was delish. The baked potato came with all the toppings on the side and everything was nice. There are a few fish tanks in the restaurant & lounge with fresh water fish

First time here today. Seated quickly! Really enjoyed the old school ambiance with the fish tanks and half circle booths. My wife had the shrimp louie salad and I had the 1/2 lb burger. The salad was stuffed with shrimp. My wife was very happy. My burger was HUGE! very fresh lettuce tomato and pickles for it as well. This burger is a fantastic value come get one!! We will most definitely be back!
