Haven't had red lobster in years, but I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Autumn. She was very attentive and even got us our drinks to go at the end. Food was delicious with all seafood dishes being cooked perfectly. Highlight of the dinner was definitely the Brussels sprouts recommended by Autumn. Even though it's a side and the description is super generic, they're deep fried and finished with a balsamic vinaigrette and crispy friend onions. So delicious.

27 minute ticket order time? The restaurant was empty on a mid-day Tuesday, We waited almost 30 minutes for our plates.. we had to flag down a manager to get help. We. Will. Never.come. Back. Awful experience. The plates were hotter than the food. However once we got a manager involved she did get the food out and apologize and give us half price.. it didn't need to come to that. As expensive as the plates are, the service should be a hell of a lot better.

Worms in my salad! OMG...I feel sick! Then to top it off the waiter tells us yes he sees them then tells manager he didn't. Lies on top of it. She found the slimers, videoed for Corp. and cldnt apologize enough...damage is done...wont be back... you cannot tell me you cleaned the salad according to policy. Costs are up-dont need any of this when we can finally get out for dinner. Bye bye!

Pleasantly surprised! Been a long time since we have been here, worth trying again!!! We went on a Friday, where they had a lunch special menu. Many different options from $12-$16 per person!!!! You cant get fast food for that now a days!! My husband had all you can eat salad and soup and of course their amazing biscuits. Soup options were lobster bisque or new England clam chowder, you could have each of them, which was a bonus!! I had shrimp scampi, which had 1 side selection, I chose mashed potatoes. Food was great! Service was wonderful! If your looking for a quick, delish and reasonably priced lunch, I recommend going! We will be back for sure!!

I had a craving for crab and what better time than Crabfest time at Red Lobster!! It was not busy and we were quickly sat. It took awhile for server to come but it was not the person they said we would have. So they may have been the delay. The bartender was our server. He brought out our drinks and took our order quickly. I had the Tuesday crab leg special and the mister had the filet with Oscar topping. Of course we had the biscuits and they were delicious! Love that we had as many as we wanted! My crab was great and broccoli was perfect. The mister enjoyed his steak he wasn't a fan of the Mac and cheese though. It did take awhile for the food to come but it was worth the wait. Our server was friendly and helpful. The decor is typical Res Lobster looks like a wharf. Bathroom was clean always a good sign.

Red lobster located on Marks street near the Wal Mart. Stopped in tonight as we had gift cards and thought we'd better use them before they go out of business, as that's what's occurring with Red Lobster. Saturday night at 6pm and Red Lobster is a ghost town, so many empty tables, which is concerning as a guest for certain. The menu has far too many options, however I settled on the ultimate feast. The waitress delivered warm cheddar biscuits which are always a hit. These were delicious as always. My wife had a salad which was fresh and she said it was crisp and delicious. She said the veggies were also fresh. The ultimate feast choice was Lovster tail, sirloin, shrimp scampi and shrimp linguini. And orzo rice and mashed potatoes for the sides. The entrees took quite a while to come out. Far too long in my opinion, especially since there was literally nobody in the restaurant. When the entrees did arrive, everything looked great. The lobster tails were delicious however the Maine tail was a bit too salty. The sirloin was more mediu well than medium but still tasted good. The shrimp scampi has changed apparently from the old days, I was not a fan. Overall I think the service was great, however the food was just good. Not great, but good. I will say I'm happy I no longer have to worry about gift cards going to waste. Would I return to the Red Lobster? Honestly, probably not. I think there are far more options available in Las Vegas that are better quality and better value for seafood pairings. That being said, I still don't regret having dined here tonight.

Hadn't been to Red Lobster in years and popped into our local one and was pleasantly surprised. The popcorn shrimp didn't necessarily look as advertised but it tasted fine. The crab queso was awesome and different. My wife and I shared the margarita flight and it was great. The lobster bisque soup was also up to par. All in all a great dinner for the family and our server Andrew was solid

My friend and I come here every other week, she loves their shrimp lunch! This week were served by Nevaida (sorry if I misspelled) Very nice, attentive and great smile. She timed our lunches perfectly and made sure we were happy with our meal. She overheard it was a special occasion for me, and brought a special desert out with a card signed by the staff. So sweet! Definitely back in another week or so!!!

Stopped here with family who lives in AZ. We were all excited as they haven't been to a Red Lobster in years. The biscuits were fresh and warm; both baskets worth lol. Our food was as expected; awesome! Crabfest was good but we didn't care for the baked potato with crab meat. The service was great and the atmosphere felt like the Red Lobster we knew and loved decades ago!
