these hit the spot after a day of work. haven't been here in a long minute so we came and gave it a new try. new menu items compared to last time, bacon blue had a huge hit of blue cheese and fatty bacon. server was awesome and the place hasnt changed much in ambiance still retro and cool. clean bathrooms too

We were greeted and seated immediately. We were offered a table or booth, we opted for the booth. Our waitress to our drink order and appetizer gave us extra time to decide on our main dish. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all our questions concerning our order. This restaurant is located in the Galleria and has entrances both inside the mall and outside. Lots of parking close to the restaurant. Give them a try if you are hungry for burgers and fries. They do offer other choices but burgers seem to be a staple.

First of all, this location inside the mall isn't that easy to find as it is tucked away in a corner down one of the shorter corridors. We were greeted quickly and then asked to wait until a table could be cleared for us. As we stood waiting, we could see several tables covered in leftovers from previous diners. After 5-10 minutes, our hostess returned and escorted us to our table. As we walked through the dining area we saw even more uncleaned empty tables and a lot of trash on the ground. Never have I seen a restaurant in a greater state of disrepair! I cannot attest to the food as we didn't feel it was safe to dine here considering the mess. We've had good meals at the Red Robin in DT Summerlin but this location desperately needs more staffing to clean!

Ayo!! Indubitably best fair priced burger on the map!!! This location is hands down is the freshest, most ethical and diplomatic. Grade A service!! Did mention that management is unparallel. The manager Dillon is a different class of ethical diplomacy. This location is a well oiled machine with an outstanding conductor. Thanks for your patronage Dillon!!!

I want to start by saying our server Ernesto did an excellent job. However the food was horrible and for spending $60 definitely my last time there. Too many good burger places to waste my money here. The food took 25 minutes to come to our table. Of course my burger was cold. I ordered extra crispy fries and they were cold and soft. The other 3 burgers were the same. The only thing good was the sweet potato fries

Had a great experience here! Came in for my free birthday burger and indulged on the MadLove! It was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was fantastic and kept us wanting for nothing. They have updated decor and its inviting and playful. We will be back.

Didn't know what to expect because it's in a mall, and it's 2025. However, staff was fun and Jalapeño burger I had was awesome. Got signed up for rewards and Patty was silly and more fun to talk to than my Michelob ultra. Hope to try all the burgers and get my red meat fix here once month.

I've been coming to this location for years never had a problem. Staff is always nice and fast the food is amazing my family loves coming here when we go to the mall!! (their fondue is amazing btw 10/10)
