Found some gift cards from years past and decided to get a free lunch for my brother and I. Haven't been to a Subway in years and this was the closest to my house. The review I'm about to give could probably be used to sum up the whole Subway company, not this particular franchise. Walking in, the shop smelled like a quintessential Subway, you know that bread smells im talking about. It was very nostalgic. The woman who was working and building my sandwiches was very kind and knew her stuff, at least when it came to which toppings go on specialty sandwiches. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Nacho footlong and my brother and Outlaw footlong. Let me tell you, these sandwiches were $13.99 and $12.99, nearly triple the price of the $5 footlong days. For that price, you'd expect them to be loaded and super tasty, or at least I expected that. These sandwiches, if you got them just as they came, were pretty lacking in toppings and the quality of the meat was questionable. My sandwich was supposed to have chicken but there was a miSTEAK and steak (or what is supposed to pass as steak) was added instead. The sandwiches weren't bad per se and definitely passed as food and filled us up but I think it will be a real long time before I visit any other Subway. There are far to many better sandwich spots around to be wasting my money on food this subpar.

I've never had a bad sub here... however, some are better than others. thanks, Joe! You made the best veggie sandwich I've had at any subway across the country. The other guy and girl were super friendly. Great customer service.

Fernando the man that represents your subway, gave us a very poor experience when we came in to order our sandwiches. Not only that the experience was poor he told us to go somewhere else. Very uneducated and very poor trained representation for Subway. This man needs to be coached on customer service and how to talk to customers and how address their orders. We're not only gave him one chance to correct the order we gave them the second time around to make her sandwiches and he still made them incorrectly. Would not listen to us started getting very offensive, and would not correct order.He also replied to us and said to just go somewhere else and get your sandwiches. Rein was a young lady that took over and took care of our order was very pleased with her service.

This is the second time at this location and we will definitely return. We literally passed the one on Stephanie street to come here because I remember what a great experience we had the last time. Today we were greeted by Janet. She was so welcoming and kind and so patient with my foodie 8year old daughter. She is a a great asset indefinitely. She is definitely one of the reasons we will return and hope she will be the one serving us. Thank you Janet for your kindness.

7:47am & you'd expect someone to be in the front, another guy was here before me saying he was waiting for more than 15mins & nobody came to take his order. It's been 10mins for me. Like come on how do you open early & not take care of the front of the store. This person should be fired in my opinion due the lack of responsibility. Anyone could walk in & steal whatever they want. We even called to the back & see if anyone would answer & nothing.

Came in tonight, Thursday, 6/16/22 @ 8:30pm. I was completely ignored as I stood there ready to order. I was the only customer in there. I stood there long. enough to the point it was awkward. It looked like a worker sitting on her break. The girl behind counter continued what she was doing - ignoring me and not saying a word. I do food delivery, so I understand orders come in. But ignoring the customers that walk in is unacceptable. I won't be back. I'll go to the next nearest location on Horizon Ridge.

Walked in at 9pm and the girl working had just moped (you could smell the wet floors) she had the doors open I'm assuming to dry the floors. We walked to the counter and she grabbed her gloves and put them on, without washing her hands first. During a pandemic , and she handles food. That's just gross and not responsible.

This is the first time I have been there and from now on I will always be going there. Fast very friendly service fresh bread and all the fixings. I highly recommend this subways sandwich shop. Easy to get in and out. Please stop by and check it out. Store is very clean .
