You don't have to wait for a holiday to have Honey Baked Ham! Got an email for a free side and drink when purchasing a sandwich lunch combo so we decided to take advantage of that! The only hot side is their mac and cheese which is not bad because it's so good...but man do I wish their scalloped potatoes was an option! Got the Tavern Club without tomato on ciabatta bread instead of the multigrain it comes with. So so good! My husband got the honeybaked sandwich with a side of potato salad. We definitely enjoyed our lunch! A few tables to sit at and enjoy your food in store, service was okay. We arrived right before a slight rush...not sure if it can be called a rush when you have one person working who had to make 2 sandwiches and 3 other customers coming in right after. The first lady to come in had to wait a while to get help, then another employee came in and made her to go sandwich real quick...she made a comment about how fast it was. They helped the remaining 2 just as quickly.

Got bumped from a ham reservation for rainbow location. So I called this location immediately, a very nice lady answered and told me to come over since they're accepting walk ins. She even gave me a run down of what they have. So polite and helpful. Drove all the way to Henderson, nope, a lady was blocking everyone at the door and said they're not accepting walk ins. Zero coordination on business practices from staff. Why would that "nice lady" told me to "come on down"! And she sounded sympathetic to what rainbow location did to me too! Please hire some better management, you're a major business for families celebrating holidays. You made it stressful for everyone!

I was just in the honeybaked ham company store. The happiest person was the person who met me at the front door once I made it to the register this lady scan my QR code and mind you I ordered a bone in honeybaked ham for $56 plus.. She gave me a $46 boneless ham never mind you when I got to the car. I realize the ham looked at a little small and I saw the price so I went back in the store.. first of all they didn't inform me that they was giving me a smaller ham and when I questioned them about it, they claim they didn't have any more hands. The next size will be the $70 ham.. And then lies to me and say that I would be credited back . When an actuality not only, did they get me a cheaper ham they gave me the wrong product there's no bone in this ham. I got a lot to do today because it's Christmas Eve and it's quite possible. I should've picked my ham up earlier than 7:30 AM today. I didn't even argue with them, but the customer service. Is unacceptable . I have yet to taste my ham, but if it's anything like my customer service was this morning I am probably going to be disappointed

This was one of the worst Customer Service experience I've ever had. I went to the honeybaked ham on Saturday, March 23 about 5:50 PM. I went to open the door and it was locked. I know it closed at 6 PM and it was locked, it even stated so on the door. I continue to knock on the door, thinking it had been some sort of mistake. An associate comes to the door and begins to block it stating that they are closed. I then stated that it's not 6 PM he looks back and then tells me when my manager says it's closed and the register is closed. I said I will be contacting the headquarters about this and this is not acceptable customer service. Once again he reiterated that his manager said that they were closed. I had $100 virtual gift card that my company had given managers for Christmas and I had planned to use it for Easter. Think about this my Company spent at least a couple thousand dollars on getting us gift cards to this company and they turn you away at the door when they're supposed to be open. The good thing is, I went to the honeybaked ham on Rainbow Boulevard and received exceptional service. The corporate office really needs to look at this Henderson honeybaked ham location and take action against the manager and the team members that work there.

Super late post for my purchase in November 2023. Ordering process was a breeze. They had a very good system for on-line order pick-ups and the staff was very efficient. The customer service was great, the ham was just ok. Sorry HBHC, I will probably just make my own this year.

I purchased a quarter ham yesterday at your Henderson store on sunset. When I opened the ham a few minutes ago I found my ham is burnt! I've been purchasing HBHs for decades and have never seen such a badly prepared ham! As you can see in the attached. Since the store is closed today this review is the only place I can report and rate how poorly their products at least from this store. If I could give a zero rating, I would!

If you are looking for the best ham or turkey that money can buy, look no further. I get the turkey every year, and I don't even like turkey! But here, it's almost ham like. That said, I've seen a lot of reviews claiming that the store doesn't actually hold enough inventory to cover the preorders, or perhaps prioritizes walk ins. I actually found this to be the case. I preordered and paid a day early, showed up at the time I was scheduled for, and was told they were out of the turkey I'd paid for. This is so unprofessional and I'm not sure how they can do this. However, unlike many others I actually got lucky and they gave me a turkey that was one size larger without me having to pay more. I do hope they can help address these inventory issues in the future though

I am in disbelief that I received such service. I was waived in by their security and employees into an hour line to be told they aren't taking walk-ins tonight when getting to the front of the line. They clearly have a walk-in sign at the door. They had an employee come out and told me that I was in the correct line for walk-in while I was still at the end of the line. I was turned away when I got to the top of the line. I've spent over 2 hours on hold between both stores and checked the website. I've been trying to get clarification as to why turkeys weren't showing up on the website. No one answered. No walk ins being communicated at the end of the line would have saved a lot of people a headache. I asked why no one answers the phone and the employee saiid they are answering their phone. I've called for the past two days with no answer. I just spent 20 minutes again on hold while writing this.

I pre ordered a ham and turkey A WEEK AGO and I get there yesterday to pick up my turkey and whatever else I ordered And the security would not let me in! He said "unless you paid for it first you can't come in" which makes sense but why did the website where I ordered have the pay In store option and pay now. I had selected the "pay in store" option when I ordered the turkey because I was going to buy a couple pies and I didn't know which kind, so the pay in store option seemed the best. I showed him my order confirmation and order number and he said "NOPE unless you paid for it you can't come in, I've been saying this since 3 in the afternoon". After a couple minutes of asking questions and kinda going back and forth with this guy, he refused to let me in and I left. If you're going to sell thanksgiving dinner honey baked ham please get it together.
