If you work here or have business to conduct in the Government Center this cafe is a great option to get coffee, a quick snack or a complete meal. Weekly food specials are offered, so there is always something new featured on the menu. The price point here is very reasonable and if you download the Toast app you can quickly mobile order and have your food ready at a set time. The staff here is friendly and have always accommodated the special requests I make when ordering.

The chicken pesto salad is perfect! The pasta is cooked al dente, the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls and fresh basil make this salad light and refreshing. A must try!

An ok place to visit for a quick coffee or snack. The dining area is seldom packed. Beware if you order the chicken parmesan sandwich as mine was undercooked and cold. The bread was also soggy and I had to throw it away. Three dollars of rice was merely a dollop in a nice bowl that probably cost more than the rice.

Please, please, please add the Chicken Katsu Sandwich with Shishito peppers on the side as a regular item on your menu. It was really, really, really good!

This is the new cafe inside the Clark County Government Center. They participate in the Toast app, so you can order ahead and pick-up. You can also order in-person. You do need to have your temperature taken upon entry. Staff can help as the system is kind of touchy to get the temperature to read. My favorites are the classic burger, the pastrami sandwich, and the crunchy chicken fingers. The portions are very large, so just know that in advance! Go hungry!!

*UPDATE* Convenient location working at the government center. The inconsistent food quality drives me crazy. The prices are really high (like, $7 for a hotdog plus $3.50 for fries and a drink). I used to love the weekly lunch specials on rotation but since they kept salmon on their menu, all the weekly lunch specials taste like fish so I don't usually order them anymore. Even time I order fries they are old.... Ice cold and hard as rocks. I know it's run by the culinary school but fries are a pretty basic thing to master. I used to order frequently but I don't remember the last time I had something that had to go back because it was inedible. Not worth the price for horrible food. Good customer service though.

The pros: The location is convenient. The fries are good. They are very helpful. If you have a question, you have about 5 - 7 different people you can ask. If you add specific details or requests to your order then it most likely will come out right. The cons: Lack of consistency. I literally order the same thing and each time it's different. Some days I have bell pepper and onions in my breakfast potatoes. Other days it's parsley flakes. Some days it's just slightly cooked potatoes. As with a lot of places if you want real eggs then you better ask for it otherwise you end up with egg mix.
