Worst limo experience ever. Still waiting at the airport for the driver. Dispatch no help. Their low score is no surprise.

I was referred by the front desk at Golden Nugget to use this company I'd pre booked two pickups one at airport (transport)and one at hotel for my birthday dinner(pickup and strip tour for a total of 1 hour) both quotes came in writing and were confirmed. My issue is both times the ride ended with the driver adding between $50-$75 over quoted price that already included tax and tip. Both times they said headquarters quoted the wrong price and had to recall them to double check . They blatantly attempted to overcharge and ended up pissing me off they didn't even offer complementary water or cups but you want $175 for a 59 minute ride? When I contracted for a $105 hour long ride the second trip he attempted to say he needed to charge for an hour and a half until I'd asked him to check his watch to see the entire trip was 59 minutes. I hate a liar and a thief and I will NEVER book with them again . Always keep your document proof on you when booking them they can't be trusted

Very rude phone operator. I spoke to a women on the phone 2 different times. The first time the women was actually helpful. I let her know my dates that I would be using the limo would be june 20-22, my group would need to be dropped off at the Las Vegas Motor speedway for a 3 day event. She told me their minimum was for 1.5 hours and i let her know we would need it for more like 2 hours each trip, and she even agreed with me because of how crazy the traffic will probably get. She quoted me $190 for a 10 passenger. So now my 2nd phone call and the reason this company is getting 1 star. I call back and say my name and say i had just spoken with you about my quote for EDC. She says ohhh you wanted it for EDC well we cant do that. Thats a 12 hr minimum. And I let her know but I told you exactly when i was going and the location and it was an event. She argued that she didnt know. But her company has special rates for the EDC dates. Okay...if your company has specials for certain dates isnt it your job to know those dates??? So how is it my fault you're not doing your job correctly and keeping up with your special rates. She argued with me and was very rude. I asked for her manager and her response was: I dont have one. Then she said well, he'll be out for a while. And very rudely said its not like you're going to get him to change the rate. I said okay, id still like to speak with him to complain about you because you're being very rude. Her response? "No, you're the one that's being rude". Seriously??? Learn how to train your employees correctly. If they can't remember specials or certain rates and they mess up. That is not my fault. Thats your employees fault. I don't want to be quoted and then blamed and then refused the opportunity to speak with a manager. This woman gave the worst customer service. So thank her, because my group will be booking with someone else.

On 11/05/2020 at 8:00am, I was traveling south bound on Las Vegas BLVD approaching Volunteer. Normally, there are 2 lanes that turn left from Las Vegas Blvd onto volunteer but today, one of the lanes was blocked off by construction workers, which forced everyone to wait in a single line to turn left. During morning rush hour, the line can get really long. Today, there were about 5 cars ahead of me and approximately 15 cars behind me. The left arrow turned green and I proceeded to follow the car in front of me. All of a sudden, a huge black MPV (license plate ALV 61 with a CPCN number of 1054) came flying up next to my SUV forcing me to slam on my breaks so hard that all of the seat belts in my car locked up. The impact caused both of my children to scream and required the White Tesla behind me to also slam on her brakes, nearly rear ending my SUV. The Tesla was also transporting 4 young children to the same school. The driver of the MPV (2015 Cadillac Escalade) did not even touch the breaks as they swerved in front of me. Besides semi trucks, the majority of the drivers on that road during morning rush hour are parents driving their children to school. If the driver of the Tesla and I had not been so vigilant, the driver of the MPV would have caused a major accident! I was driving slow because the light had just turned green but the driver of the MPV came in at a fast rate of speed. This driver put at least 9 lives in danger today, not to mention cutting off approximately 15 other cars who had been waiting patiently behind me for so long. My kids were visibly shaken as evidence by their screaming and being on the verge of tears. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior by a professional driver not to mention extremely dangerous. This driver needs to be held responsible before they seriously hurt or kill someone. The lives of my children and the other responsible drivers/passengers around me are much more important than someone making it through a red light or the future employment of this driver. This driver is a liability to Abraham Limo Services and should not be driving at all.

Hard to arrange 2 different groups going to 2 different proms. Abraham limo came through and the drivers were both awesome. Both arrived early and the party bus driver let the kids plug into the sound system and play thier music on the way. No stress, no drama, just great service, professional drivers and prompt arrival. Nothing more I could hope for.

My wife and I are so happy we had the opportunity to have Filmon as our driver! He is very knowledgeable and polite ! He offered cold water and gave us great food suggestions ! We take cars everywhere we go just because it's so convenient but from now on we will only call Filmon, his car is new and smells great !

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I REPEAT, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, USE THIS SERVICE! This company is DISHONEST and STEALS their passengers belongings with no recourse on employees from the owner. I contracted for a $100 fare and provided the company with pick up and drop off addresses. They quoted me at $100, however, upon arriving the driver said he could not do the ride for any less than $160. Without any other option last minute, I was forced to pay $60 more for my services. WORST OF ALL, once we arrived to our destination, I left my phone in the limo. The driver of the limo took off while I chased behind the limo and he then turned off my iphone. My colleagues and I know without a doubt in our mind that the driver took and stole the phone. The company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I do not go out of my way to write reviews on yelp, but the lack of professionalism displayed by this company was so egregious that I had to take it upon myself to inform others of this TERRIBLE SERVICE. There are simply TOO many other limo services in Las Vegas to use this one. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just got back from Vegas and had to share a great experience we had. My girlfriend surprised me by having a limo pick us up from the airport. She had reserved it for the weekend, so I thought let's do a little bit of everything. So Friday night we had dinner and saw an exclusive show, and afterwards the driver took us to some hidden night spots. Then Saturday morning we got picked up at the hotel and taken to a breathtaking golf course. And Saturday night, we went to 3 awesome clubs. On Sunday, he sadly took us to the airport, where we eventually stepped out of the limo. We even hugged him goodbye. Awesome limos, first class service and they were affordable too. Abraham Limo, we will be back!

I was in Vegas over the weekend for an event, and used this service 4 times, first 3 times were great - no problems, prompt courteous and had not problem with their prices. The 4th time, I was clearly working with someone completely different, we were dropped of just fine and when we text to be picked up he said it would be about 15 min. Great! No problem. Traffic getting out of the event was horrible as usual, we told him where we were, and from that moment on it was just hell. He wouldn't drive to where we were, he was telling me all of these addresses to walk to to be picked up and wouldn't come to the intersection at the Stadium we were at. Our group of 10 ended up walking almost a mile to get to him in some neighborhood street to be picked up. Once we got in, he asked if it was okay to pick up more people on the way, we said if their chipping in sure, of course that was not the case, they would be paying their own ride fare. With 10 people already in the 15 passenger van, we were squeezed enough, we said no thanks. We go to be dropped of and pay him and that's when the Sh*t hit the fan. I gave him his fare plus a 25$ tip, total was $175. We were quoted $150, and we gave him a less than 20% tip because of our group having to walk to him to be picked up. A tip still. He caused a scene in our hotel drive way because in his words "we were skipping out on our bill, the ride was 160, plus a 20% gratuity on top". I said "oh NO" I was quoted a price via text, offered to show it to him, and I gave him a tip, and I was not paying a dime more. He continued to yell at us, saying he gave up rides that were 300-300 dollars and waited around for us to find him. He was very unprofessional, and rude. I couldn't believe that he worked for the company that had been so good to us the whole trip. I hope they fire him, and don't look back - I wouldn't want anyone else to be treated like that.
