I love these sandwiches. Their first Las Vegas location got a lot of hype on social media when it first open a couple years ago. The first location was off the strip but I made the trek to try it and it was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see a new location inside the Venetian Hotel & Casino. The sandwiches are huge, delicious, and very low cost considering the quality of ingredients and the restaurant being located on the strip. If you haven't already tried it, you need to put this place on your next Las Vegas itinerary.

We got two sandwiches and refrigerated them for our flight the next day. We should have taken a bite when it was fresh! Even cold, this was a delicious experience! These sandwiches were the only reason we went to the Venetian in the first place. The place was clean and bright. We didn't have to wait too long at 9pm on a Friday night either. The fellas working the counter were friendly and efficient. We weren't able to customize; the menu is how they do it [period]. Since we were going to eat these the next day on the plane, we were trying to stay away from cheese or sauce. But after chatting with the boys we said what the hell and went for it! The sandwiches are large. It's like two sandwiches. Lots of filling, they are not skimpy. Toscana $19 with salame, pecorino and truffle honey Paradiso $19 with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio cream Micah, the cashier, was super helpful and friendly. Until we got to the hotel we didn't realize he packed napkins, utensils and hot sauce for us. Mahalo Micah!

Grabbed a quick lunch on Monday so the line wasnt too long and the sandwich was made quickly. We ordered the manalo and shared it between 2 people. Its quite a filling sandwich. The bread was so good! I will be back to try another sandwich maybe one with arugula and sun dried tomato.

Based on the favoloso, which funnily autocorrects to fabuloso, I would give this place 5 stars! The salami and pecorino cream are an amazing combination and it was probably the best salami that I've ever had!! The l'inferno would be closer to 3 stars for me. The porchetta was good but not as flavorful as the salami. I think it was a little too heavy / dry with the focaccia and didn't allow for the flavors of the spicy eggplants to come through. Would def come back here for a sandwich! FYI the sandwiches are HUGE! My partner and I only ate the equivalent of 1 whole sandwich in one sitting

I heard this place is so popular in Florence and was so glad they had a location in Vegas! Located inside the Venetian, I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line at all. I got the La Dante. The sandwhich is really big enough for 2 people. After eating half a sandwhich, I felt it was more than enough and maybe it was alittle salty for me but the ingredients I could tell is very fresh. I would definitely try that place again as they had so many different sandwiches to choose from! This place is located in a food hall so there is alot of seatings available to enjoy your sandwhich (:

Having been to the original in Florence Italy, I had high expectations for this Vegas version, but also understood that the quality of ingredients may take a hit thousands of miles away. Overall, the ordering process is smooth but the guys taking the order were a bit...curt. The sandwich itself was delicious. The meats, flavor of the cream, ingredients were all very good. The bread was a bit fluffier than I remember the crunchy good texture of the one in Italy. However, the star knock off has to do with the amount of ingredients. They really skimp on the meat here, and it's disappointing because the sandwich is great.

Love the fresh ingredients! I've heard of this place when I was researching Italy and must try places so it was really awesome to see this as an option in Vegas! I ordered their La Broadway due to not eating meat currently. It has a pistachio cream, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, and some cheese. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! I love the pistachio flavor of it. And the sandwich was a great size - had I gotten meat - I may have only been able to eat half of it. Also, for Vegas - the price was actually surprisingly not high.

Menu offers breakfast served until 11am, a great selection of sandwiches, as well as beverages for coffee, spritz, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic. The dine-in atmosphere is relaxing and music playlist is not too loud and fantastic! I love the counter seating at All'Antico Vinaio, the white marble counter is shiny and pretty, and their high top seat is so comfortable. They even have napkin holders within reach. I ordered a hot cappuccino with regular milk ($7) and requested not too sweet. Usually there's three pump for flavoring, but Brandon added only 1 1/2 pump hazelnut for essence, it's perfect! Hazelnut cappuccino is smooth and delicious, with the addition of hazelnut makes it super delightful, I love it! Service from Brandon is exceptionally remarkable and outstanding! He's very kind, welcoming, friendly, and so pleasant to speak with. I had several questions and I greatly appreciate how he is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. I even asked Brandon what is his top three sandwich recommendations, he mentioned his favorite is La Dante which has capocollo, stracchino, truffle cream, and arugula. Second, would be La Paradiso, it has mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream, and pistachio. Third is Venice Beach, which is Turkey sandwich with tomato and mozzarella. Everyone in the staff is all smiles, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with, it shows how happy they are to be here and is very nice! I'm excited to come back, it's such a chill vibe, pretty amazing place and so fun!

Wanted to try this place out over at Durango Commons, but since we were at the Venetian for a concert, it worked out. AAV makes fresh Italian sandwiches and offer around 10 plus different options. The bread is made fresh and has a nice crunch and softness to it. We tried 2 different ones, and let's say their recommended choice was better than the "Odd couple" one we selected on our own. Overall a good option to try it at least once and decide for yourself. Not sure if it'll be our top 3 go to choices when we're craving a sando. 3.5 Stars

YES! All'Antico Vinaio is a part of the Via Via Food Hall at Venetian. I had been wanting to try these sandwiches for a long time now. They are centrally located in the middle of the food hall. The lines were fine during our Vegas trip and I believe they are open early and close about 10pm on most nights. The vibe of the staff is very chill and welcoming. Just wait patiently in line, order and watch them create your sandwich. I asked the staff which was sandwich he recommended and he said "All of em are good". He said the MOST POPULAR is the Paradiso. I took his word for it and ordered it. The menu prices are steep around $15-20 per sandwich. The sandwich is huge and cut in half so it's good for now and save for later type of deal. The Paradiso had mortadella & pistachios. An interesting mix that I was not ready for, but was happy after the first bite. Food was ready in under 5 minutes with condiments like honey and hot sauce for the taking. The sandwich was tremendous. Crispy and crunchy textures from the bread and pistachios. Each bite was addicting. It lived up to what I was expecting and I'd be down to try more sandwiches in the future. For me a solid spot to visit at Via Via.
