Always my first meal in Vegas: anything and I mean anything at Aloha Specialties is promised to please and fill you up. Long line? Who cares when it's your turn you are just so happy to order and wait for that delicious meal to be served at your table. Highly recommend chicken teriyaki bowl with mixed vegetables over half rice. You can request half rice if you don't want the regular rice. Why? Because the regular rice is enough for 2-3 people lol Extensive menu of abundant and affordable authentic Hawaiian food! Some of the best spam musubi alone for a snack goes a long way too. Employees are exemplary!

Update on Aloha Specialties haven't dine here for a while. I think before COVID19 sometimes . Well my sister and brother in law was craving for ramen so we decided to go back to Aloha specialties. Both of them had wun tun min and I had their hamburger steak . The hamburger steak only had 1 beef patty and it was lacking salt and it was on the hard side . My sister them said the wun tun min was good . Support local

So the place is called Aloha Specialty, but no aloha tonight. Our last meal in Vegas. Had been looking forward all trip. It's Sunday. They close at 7pm. Got there at 620pm. The woman in front of me in line ordered and sat at a table waiting. When I get to order she declares that they are now only doing take out orders, has to be to go. There were 15+ parties eating inside. If allowed to, we would have gotten our food and be pau well before 7pm. Oh well. No aloha.

Located on the mezzanine level of the California Hotel. Ttis humble Saimin shop has been serving Hawaiian flavors since the opening of the hotel. Today the Won Ton Mein had a their classic taste, unfortunately the Fish cake and noodles where on the gummy side. The restaurant is nice and clean. We sat in the patio area. Where you were close the the entrances of Lapperts, Vegas 808,and Ethel M's..Candies. Service was a bit spotty today. Enjoy

Always a Friendly Atmosphere! This restaurant, located on the Mezzanine level of the California Hotel, has been around for many years and continues to be a go-to spot for local Hawaiian food. It's a casual, order-at-the-counter style place, and the staff brings your food to the table if you're dining in. There's plenty of seating inside, along with a few tables outside the restaurant. On this visit, we ordered: 1) Kalua Pig & Cabbage - Flavorful and satisfying with no need for extra soy sauce. The cabbage was cooked perfectly--not soggy, with just the right amount of crunch. 2) Mixed Plate - This came with Teriyaki Beef Steak, Teriyaki Chicken, and Mahi Mahi with tartar sauce. The meat was tender and everything was delicious. The Mahi was especially tasty, though we wished the portion was a bit larger. The employees are always so friendly and welcoming, and the food comes out pretty quickly. It can get busy at times, but the quality never disappoints. We love coming here!

On our last day in vegas we wanted to wat some kind of local food like back home in hawaii. So my brother said we go to aloha specialties to eat. Located on the mezzanine area in the California hotel 2nd floor. I ordered with my husband wun ton mein my brother had hamburger steak. Was ok. The broth had a good taste but the won ton was slight gummy like the outer wrapper part but its edible. My brothers hamburger steak was only 1 patty. He said also it was ok. He did order spam musubis to go for the plane ride home. If you like local homestyle food go upstairs to the aloha specialties restaurant.

My husband and I met some cousins from Maui in Las Vegas. They were staying at the California, and we ended up eating lunch at Aloha Café three days in a row. It's on the second floor of the hotel. We've been going to Las Vegas for 30 years and have eaten here many times. On this particular trip, we noticed that this restaurant wasn't crowded like it used to be. We never had to wait long to place our order. These are the menu items that we ordered: Aloha's Specials - Aloha Bento, Chicken Teri Bowl with Mushrooms & Onions, Spam Musubi, Grilled Saba, and Ahi Poke. Everything we ordered was so good! If you are in Las Vegas and feel like some authentic Hawaiian food, check out this restaurant!

Came to Fremont Street and looking for something to eat. Most things didnt seem appealing to us or were pricey; luckily we stumbled upon this place. They had so many Hawaiian dishes to choose from Loco Moco: Superstar! Super comforting and delicious! Sainin (5/5): Cane in a super big bowl! I really recommend y'all to share. Check this place out!

The service is amazing every time we come. They keep the dining area super clean and they have a speedy kitchen crew - we've never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. The food is great, I recommend getting the bowls for a budget friendly meal as the combos are almost $20 each.

I've been coming here since I was in HS. My hands down go to of all time is a chicken bowl that is skinless and teri sauce on the side. I'll usually take a water or Hawaiian Sun if I can spare the carbs. I never finish the serving of rice. So it makes for a meal later. I'll spice it up and get onions and shrooms too. Sometimes I'll get kimchi or tofu on the side. It's sooo good, yall! My babies will take theirs with skin on and a side of musubi. The service is quick and efficient. Fast and casual. The ambiance gives homey and kind. We usually like to sit on the more patio area to people watch and I like to hear the casino in the background. I wish they were open later but I'll deff take what I can get. Love it here!
