Wow, how rude could this place be, I walked in and the lady working there chatting away with her friend , Didn't even bother to look up, wow, just wow, no wonder this place has such bad reviews over the years , please hire someone who cares

I usually purchase a one-way or round trip ticket from Chinatown LV to Chinatown MPK. One way is $25.00 and round trip is about $45.00. For example: ASIANA BUS makes a stop at Barstow, then to La Puente, Rowland Heights and Monterey Park (on Atlantic Blvd. past Garvey heading N. bound.) IF you take the ASIANA Bus, you'll be asked to tip the bus driver (min: $3.00) while at the Barstow Mc D parking lot. This other bus drops you off at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel in Monterey Park.... The people on the bus are loud and I recommend that you take an IPod or MP3 player. I usually request for a window or isle seat. The seats on the bus are uncomfortable esp. if you're big, husky or have long legs. LoL! Last time, I was stuck sitting behind this old man who reclined his seat into my knees and I almost "cut up" on his a$$.

I wished they had zero stars!! This place is an absolute joke. Only come here if you want to get ripped off with bad service from the Chinese lady and have her yell at you if your into that kind of thing. $350 to do a 10 yr visa while other places charge 175-250 at other places around town. Their company is based in California and they are unorganized and pricing is not uniformed since they told me their pricing was $180 to do a 10 yr visa. Did I mention the Chinese lady raises her voice at customers while telling us how nice she is ? Also she likes to play games about when your visa and passport will come back even if she tells you it will be in a certain date. This place is an absolute joke. Don't ever come here. We will never return or refer our friends or family here.

My experience was frustrating to say the least. I had to wait for a very long time for the agent to look up prices, and then later they tried to convince me to change my departure date. Their system looks very out of date.

Yeah, I wish they had zero stars, too. I sat there waiting for 40mins for service then the Chinese lady calls me over, quotes me some high prices, then when I'm in the middle of my inquiry answers the phone and proceeds to give service to the phone for the next 7mins! "Excuse me but isn't that a bit rude since I was in line 1st AND I'm actually here in person?!". And she apparently gave no regard to the fact that I had waited 40mins either. She continued ignoring me by giving service to the phone, so I left in a huff never to return. Try it you'll like it (if you have nothing better to do).

America Asia Travel in Las Vegas, Nevada. My wife and I had the worst nightmare in our life when we bought our airline tickets from this agent. Our travel was from Las Vegas to the Philippines with an intermediate stop at Los Angeles and Hong Kong. When we were about to board the plane from Hong Kong to Cebu, Philippines, a Cathay Pacific agent did not allow us to board because my passport expiration was less than 6 months from the travel date to the passport expiration date. We had to fly back home, pay the rebooking fee, and forfeit our non-cancellable hotel reservations in the Philippines. Upon return from our aborted flight, we went to the travel agency to complain and the agent was most obnoxious and unsympathetic.Beware of this travel agency.
