Yum!! We ordered to-go on DoorDash and picked up ourselves. Greeted with a smile, and super quick + efficient service. Alaskan roll is super yummy. The worker made sure to include utensils, napkins, and sauces. Highly recommend giving this place a try!!!

It's a very small spot definitely for take out it wasn't bad the fish quality was ok but overall I gave it a 3 not cause nothing was wrong with the food or anything but unfortunately the rice was very mushy and not seasoned, I've tried many spots and as I said it's not bad but be aware if you come here for dine in they just cant accommodate to much definitely catered to take out would I go again maybe if I was in the area for a quick bite.

Decided to try this resturant since they have bento boxes. We tried the salmon and chicken bento boxes, dragon and shrimp tempura rolls and a tempura shrimp appetizer. Everything came out quickly and was good. My wife did not particularly like the onions in with the chicken whereas I did not mind it (next time she will get the shrimp tempura bento box). Staff is friendly and dine in area nice. Overall, we had a very good experience and plan on trying the original one up on Cheyenne.

I brought home a Sexy Girl and got a Kiss of Fire. OK, they are the names of two sushi rolls from this newly opened store. Many thanks to Stefany V. for reviewing the restaurant and letting us know about the opening special of 1/2 off everything. I decided to go to the store and get some rolls to take out and enjoy dinner at home. There are only three tables in the place so much of their business will be takeout. The Kiss of Fire lived up to its name with its spicy tuna and jalapeño slices. Since you get a small container with wasabi, I added more fire. The Sexy Girl has shrimp tempura inside along with cream cheese and avocado. Outside, there is salmon, eel, and crunch. It also came with two small containers of sauce to add to the roll. I like their menu as it gives you information of what's inside the rice and what's outside. Service was very good. I was greeted when I entered and shown where to order. I had a seat at one of the tables while I waited which wasn't long. The rolls are packed in just the right size plastic box for the takeout. In the bag were some napkins, soy sauce, the wasabi and ginger, and a pair of chopsticks. I enjoyed my dinner. The value was very good but I don't think it will be such value when charging regular price after the opening special.

Came here for the first time for a to-go order during their 50% off Grand Opening special. 1-man show running the cashier to take your order and payment as well as prepare your food. It was empty when i showed up after work so it was no issue. I think this restaurant more for to-go orders but you can probably dine in at either of their 2 tables in the restaurant. Picked up 2 SALMON AVOCADO ROLLS, 1 SPICY SALMON ROLL, and 1 SPICY TUNA ROLL to try. Simple rolls overall. Rice was decent. Not mushy nor hard. Salmon was on the leaner end but still good. SPICY SALMON and SPICY TUNA is as most places. Decent. Not that spicy. Good deal during this 50% off. Was a bit sad the provided wasabi was NOT spicy at all. Oh well. KIND of a waste of to-go containers as EACH roll is in its own little sushi to-go container. I wouldn't have minded if they put them all in a big simple container. (less waste) *edit* 2nd visit Got SALMON COMBO DELUXE and SALMON SKIN SALAD this time during the 50% special lots of salmon skin in the SALMON SKIN SALAD. unsure if it was crispy upon order being made but they got "soggy" for the most part with some crispy ones here and there. The salad is a iceberg salad mix with a few broccoli florettes. Decent size salad overall. The SALMON COMBO DELUXE comes with 4 salmon nigiri, 8 salmon avocado rolls, 2 slices of salmon sashimi, 2 slices of salmon belly sashimi, 2 pieces of imitation crab stick, and 2 pickled pearl onions. All of this was presented in a "nice box" with a clear lid. The salmon were all amazingly soft for some reason but the rice was "colder" than the salmon itself. Unsure why. The sashimi pieces were really good ! AGAIN ! the provided wasabi was NOT spicy at all. They definitely need a new batch !!! On the side note, they added 2 tables for dine-in purposes AND more staffing !

My husband and I were going to get food delivered when we realized that this new restaurant was just a stone's throw away from our house. Our hopes were up very high due to the location. Imagine having a great Japanese restaurant this close to home. We usually end up getting a sushi or sashimi platter or a chirashi donburi with some rolls. The variety can be fun but in the end my hubby always likes the salmon the best and I like the Hamachi the best. We just eat the other fish to get to them. We perused the menu and found a Salmon Combo Deluxe. Which is salmon sushi, salmon sashimi and a salmon roll!!! I was so pleasantly surprised to see this. I of course order this for my hubby who loved it. I ordered.........a Hamachi Combo deluxe. The yellowtail version of what my hubby got. It was amazingly good. They both also came with a couple of pieces of Krab sticks and pickled onions (rakyo). They were presented very nicely in a pretty box and they supplied chopsticks, napkins, pickled ginger(gari),wasabi, shoyu and sauce dishes. We also ordered two lasagna rolls. They were having a BOGO special. It was very tasty too. It tasted like a dynamite with the mayo and sweet sauce cooked on top. The food was made on time and packed very well. They even gave us a pen. Service was very friendly and welcoming. The quality of the fish was very good. It was a five star experience in every way. It is definitely going on our regular list.

I'm always down for sushi, even moreso when there's a discount- when I heard this spot was offering half off for their Grand Opening special, I brought my husband for an impromptu lunch date. Location is small with two tables, they mostly do takeout. Menu is large with rolls, nigiri, and combos, plus bento boxes, teriyaki, noodle bowls, etc. We shared an order of spicy garlic edamame, two rolls (Bellagio and Mountain View) and the Tuna and Salmon Deluxe Combo (four pieces of nigiri, four pieces of sashimi, and a half roll of each) - it was a large meal for us and with tax and tip, came to under $50. Everything was fresh and I especially like the cute box packaging for their combos, perfect for takeout. Online ordering is available and super easy to navigate. Their half off promo is available til 8/10/24, go if you can!

Just okay for me. They were slammed because of the 1/2 off opening special. It is a very small spot with just a few tables. It was one guy making the sushi, and another person taking the orders and packaging them up. They said it was going to be a 30 minute wait, so I left and returned to wait about another 20 minutes until the takeout order was ready. The inside was very warm and humid, so not the best environment to be making and eating sushi and raw fish. I ordered some sashimi and a variety of rolls. Perfectly fine if I picked them up from the supermarket if I needed some dinner in a pinch. I paid about $40 and change after the 1/2 off discount. It was definitely not worth regular pricing of $80. I would rather go to one of the many AYCE sushi spots around town. I wish them much success, especially serving folks who live in the area in the mood for takeout sushi.

Delicious fresh fish and friendly fast service. I order here so often they remembered me haha. The ambiance is cute and quaint. The fish honestly is so fresh it reminds me of when i was eating sushi in Japan.

Sushi rolls were great! Very unassuming little spot next to the bakery. Ordered rolls to go and will happily go back. Salmon was tender, Eel was savory and the rolls were full of meat. Very generous.
