Not good at all. We made a reservation 3 days in advance, the girl at the desk announced a reasonable price that is why we made the reservation. Suprisingly, the day of the planned trip, with all the fees and all, the price was doubled. The guy at the desk told us it was not possible to know the total price as long as the contract was not printed... So he took our credit card and put an hold on it (462$) before we ever signed anything.... He did not want to apply the 10% discount we had with our mlife card (he merely took a look at it and said it was not relevant). We are tourists from abroad and we find this kind of practises really odds. The guy was not friendly and was acting like he did not understand us and was almost making fun of us like we were stupid. We called the customer service, they canceled the hold but they did not want to take my complaint, they listened but I really doubt they made any action. Try not going there. Avis is now on my red list.
